It took more than 30 emails and 40 days and me having to contact PayPal and Mastercard before I received a REFUND through the intervention of Mastercard. The sizing is a joke and the product is average. It took over a week before they would send the Returns Address and were very specific about how the Return should be made. Once received it was excuse after excuse as to why I hadn't received my REFUND. More than 10 people signed off the emails which I found hard to believe and there was no consistency in responses, the main takeaway was they were inundated with RETURNS? The business is based in Hong Kong and they do not respect the UK customer at all. At your PERIL deal with this company.
