Good prices

Good prices, nice to have all these products straight from the manufacturer, but hermes delivery was the worst I ever had displeasure to come in contact.

Free sample pack

I've had to send an email to the customer service regarding the Free Pack which was containing the same products I've bought. Regarding I knew that the free samples are standards I though that, clearly, ordering the items already I needed to get different samples.
As I said by email, the free samples in this occasion lose completely its purpose.
Thanks for reading.

Good and quick service

Good and quick service, although when I’ve bought this product from other suppliers they have put little extras in to be tried out.
