Fast accurate delivery of the purchase and the tool (small chain saw) is excellent, small problem with the longevity of the battery as it doesn’t last that long (about 15 mins max) but that is the issue with all battery powered equipment, the battery depletes when you need it.

Item address incorrectly labelled. DPD COULD NOT DELIVER . Postage label only gave first name and postcode no address. How could delivery driver find my house out from just a postcode. Poor show.

Tools are good & we have a large collection of RYOBI. However our battery charger has stopped charging the batteries & I emailed for help & didn’t get a response so won’t be adding to my collection.
