Straightners advertised as heating up within 15 seconds. Timed this to be 1 minute 18 seconds. No response from Remington to a product enquiry but changed this to a complaint and had a response very quickly. Easy to supply the required video of complaint. Investigations completed their end promptly and advised to take issue up with retailer.

Remington UK responded to my enquiry about a warranty issue in a prompt and polite way and resolved the issue within one day, providing a replacement item for a four year old product that had failed within three days. This is a fairly common fault with these rice cookers. However, the support team responded the next day and shipped a replacement rice cooker which arrived 2 days later. Great service, hopefully the replacement is more reliable.

Well, I was expecting some help from Remington, however, they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I had purchased a hair straightener about 4 years ago and used it once from Amazon. I got it out and tried to use it, but it had died. I tried changing the fuse, and it didn't work. Last resort, I contacted Remington. They solved my problem and went above and beyond my expectations. I thought they might repair it. The communications were fast and their decision was prompt. They asked me to show them a video of the hair straighteners. They can see it was virtually new and not used. I will continue to buy products from them again as I believe if they are loyal to their customers, I will be loyal to them. It works both ways. Thank you!

Unfortunately had to make a warranty claim re faulty hair dryer. Initial response very quick but subsequent process could be simplified. However, claim accepted and replacement to be forwarded, appreciated. One disappointment, as with most companies, the warranty on replacement only from date of original purchase hence if replacement fails no further redress.

Remington shaver F600 just bought to replace Remington rechargeable shaver I have had for 20 years. Shaver often cuts my lip as cutters slightly higher than before. Battery needs recharging every week cf every 2 weeks with old shaver.

After following instructions in a booklet my remington . so now might seriouslt think of changing hair clipper is now useless.
Ive tried their website but no chance of finding how to contact them. I tried two email addresses both have failed to send, and their website is only geared up for sales. I clicken on still need to contact us but nothing happens, so overall not happy at all. I am now considering chaning brand/Manufacturer.

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Remington support (Request #1802583) has been an absolute masterclass in incompetence.
After my MB4700 trimmer broke, I was initially told they couldn't provide parts in Europe. Custer support promised to send a full replacement. That was months ago. Since then, I have been issued three different order numbers (3004200923, 3004218472, and 3004273121). Each time, I was told the item was "about to be collected" or "caught in customs," and each time, nothing arrived.
The worst part: I even tried to solve the problem myself by having a friend in the United States order the replacement part for me. He paid for it with his own money, and Remington failed to deliver that one, too!
Support has stopped following up entirely. They have left me with a broken product, no replacement, and have essentially stolen money for a part that never arrived in the US. The support agent actually told me he was "speechless" at how badly they were failing—at least we agree on one thing.
Save your money and buy from a brand that actually understands logistics and customer service. Remington is happy to take your money, but they have no intention of standing behind their products.

Remington customer service are the worst I have ever experienced. If you purchase a rx7 head shaver you can not purchase a replacement head. On the website constantly out of stock at a cost of £25. However after 6 month numerous complaints and emails customer service offered to supply a replacement at a cost of £33plus postage increasing the price to £38. Stating they can only supply these via their parts department.
It's a rip off terrible service and company. Never sgain
