This is the second jigsaw we ordered via a Groupon deal. The first was a family photo and the quality of both jigsaw and print was very poor. The second was a landscape photo jigsaw and although still flimsy it looked better. I wouldn’t order again, not even on a Groupon deal (which worked out about £8 including postage for a small jigsaw. The full price is a joke, I would be furious if I had paid that. The only good thing I can say is that they were very good at keeping you posted with updates on the status of your order.

The magnetic backs allow you yo move and replace the photo tiles in different orders especially when adding new ones to the design. We have ours placed up the stairs, not only fo they look great but also alot safer than glass frames.

Wrong size received terrible picture, terrible quality

The product is made of cheap materials with a plastic zip with nothing to hold to pull across, would not recommend

Customer service very unhelpful. Said to check address. Check it twice all correct. Message again, now no answer. Avoid

Easy ordering with plenty of options. Special offers are great but the quality of these canvases is absolutely brilliant.usually with other companies I have used the pictures would distort slightly when enlarged but I have had a number of ones from this company and they are all excellent with no worries about picture clarity.

The print is completely unusable, I know you will blame me but I found the whole process confusing and the picture supplied was cut in half. I have re-ordered with another company which was slightly easier to navigate. The picture was of my husband in a period costume but it was printed landscape when clearly it should have been portrait. Perhaps someone should have checked with me as it clearly was wrong!

Nightmare to deal with. I was lumbered with a customs bill of over £73 for ten calendars. Virtually no help from them in sorting it out. The depot where the goods were being held was miles away and I was unable to get there.
Very disappointed with their attitude, all they kept saying was pay the customs bill. I asked why I had received a customs bill but no answer. It was certainly not in the order which I placed in good faith. Still waiting for a refund as I doubt I will ever see my order
