Defective Series 1

This company has always been very fast and swift with delivery, however when my Series 1 malfunctioned and stopped working, for some reason my customer service contact went to their US department rather than UK. After a few days this was quickly rectified and redirected towards the UK OMURA. Customer service agent Rocky had said previously that he had sent a replacement series 1 my way ASAP with a few extra goodies included.
Fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing, not even any tracking. I had Contacted Omura and Rocky numerous times via email and the online contact form etc. I was on the verge of never using this company again and giving it a 1 star rating.
HOWEVER, Rocky from customer service after taking annual leave had finally gotten back to me personally and very swiftly regarding how I had never received the replacement order. I could tell he felt very bad for me and was profusely apologetic on his return back to his post once he realised I had never gotten the replacement. Upon the realisation, not only did he send me a new replacement with tracking which I have now had confirmation for via email and SHOP link, but he has also upgraded me to the series X (and in the colour I wanted the most without even asking him funnily enough) and he also threw in more extra goodies as an apology. He wasn’t sure why I never received the first replacement parcel (or the fact it was never sent out) but he has been very swift in not only upgrading me to the newer model that has no defects, but throwing in extra stuff as a goodwill gesture as well as profusely apologising. It’s not his fault if something had been missed by other customer service reps whilst he was away, but I do greatly appreciate how fast he responded once back and rectifying the situation ASAP.
I was only persistent as these types of vaporisers are so easy to use for someone like me who doesn’t like the hassle of having to regularly clean them, and how easy they can be taken on the go.

Thank you again Rocky, and thank you again for finally correcting this issue. This has saved my faith in this company and I will now continue to remain a regular customer.

Super service

Hi, I ordered & kit came very quickly & we'll packaged 📦
Unfortunately the vape was faulty so I contacted customer service through website.
Firstly Omura responded quickly & personally which was very nice😃
Secondly Oruma sorted my issue & went above expectations with response & speed of resolving my issue 5 🌟 for this outstanding service & also the personal touch in response really impressed 👏🏻
Definitely recommend for product quality & great price on the bundle deals.
Worth checking out 💯😀

Wow now after using Omura Series X I can honestly say what a simple easy machine to use!
After years of using flowers with tobacco & trying lots of different dry herb 🌿 machine I have found the vape that ticks all the boxes.
Easy-to-use!
Enough vape cloud!
Pocket size!
Easy to use flower sticks!
Good medication hit!!

Total Game Changer. From sceptic to full convert.

Over the last 10 years I have tried so many vapes trying to get the hit smoking gave me.
From Davinci to Pax to Grenco. I've tried gadgets galore and found a reasonable level of satisfaction with some.
I thought I'd give the S series a go in the hope it's the holy Grail I seek, and do you know what, it's not far off.
Total game changer. So easy to use. Discreet, clean and you know exactly how much flower you're consuming.
I just wish I'd jumped straight to the X series and I'll definitely get one in the future but the budget S series does a fantastic job for now.
I'd recommend buying the starter kit as you'll need all the bits anyway and you save £20 buying it as a bundle.
Happy vaping, because this is most certainly the vape you have been looking for

All the good, none of the bad

I tried a vape in the past from Amazon, which didn't affect me and made me question vapes, but then I discovered the Omura Series X and thought I'd give it a shot - I can confirm I definitely feel the effects!

I haven't tried the high temp yet, because low temp is doing the job, but I imagine that would be even stronger.

I love the convenience of it, and the fact that there's no maintenance (apart from tapping upside down now and then).

Within 30 secs of inserting the flowerstick I am ready to go.

Clean hits and my lungs feel so much better overall.

If you are having doubts, like I was, they will all be gone after your first session.

Great customer service as well would highly recommend!
