WORST!
My order was lost by DPD and DPD are ready to settle the claim so that Morphe can refund me, but it is taking 3 weeks and still nothing!!
Such bad service. I called Morphe on the phone because they were not replying to my emails with correct information and just one phone call cost me £20.
Worst! I want a fulll refund. This is my first and last purchase with Morphe.

I see where other are coming from in terms of items not arriving, but I have to disagree with the customer service. I have placed 2 orders, one for the Jaclyn Hill pallet and it arrived on time no issues, the second order i placed there was a slight issue with 2 brushes not arriving with the born to create pallet but i emailed and had a response within 3 hours and have had email confirmation stating that the missing brushes have been dispatched. Most would give 4 stars as items were missing but due to their timely response and problem solving I cant give them anything other than 5 stars.

This company is fraud. Not received my item nor REFUND. Should have used beautybay instead much better then official morphe site. 😠😡
