Very impressed
I ordered some Moroccan oil and it was advertised with some free gifts.
When it turned up I was disappointed as the shampoo and conditioner that it came with turned out to be a sachet which seemed very misleading compared to what was being advertised in the photos.
I contacted the company who came back to me acknowledging why it would have caused condition and informed me that as they valued my feedback they were sending me a free shampoo and conditioner.
I was blown away by this. I really wasn’t expecting it at all. Very impressed and very grateful for their understanding and generosity. Thank you!

Great products and service
I was wary of using this company given that it only had two reviews however I’m glad I did. The products are genuine, good value and delivery was free over £20 and I received my items within 72 hours of ordering. Very pleased and will use again

The produce lovely
*editing to say this company really stepped up and when they , unsuccessfully, tried to recover the items sent to wrong address they then without requesting refunded me so I wasn't at a loss, this makes me more inclined to reorder from them as their products are so very good.
The produce lovely. My only issue is the communication. My old address was on a payment method and after placing an order I immediately tried to correct this but it's impossible to get a response in the time scale that the delivery is made....so unless theres very honest people at the address it's gone to then ive lost my order as the lack of ability to change address or speak to a representative to get help is impossible and has cost me £50..... i sent numerous
emails and tried Facebook and Instagram messenger but no sucess and theres no phone number ,won't risk buying again for fear of same issue
