Great service product better than I thought it would be. I made a mistake and ended up placing 2 separate orders MM were very honest and refunded one of the delivery charges as both orders came together. Not very many companies would fo that.

I purchased the following tea towels with the aim of using them for drying various bits and pieces in the kitchen.
Maisie Tea Towel and Floz Tea Towel.
They look great; however, the performance is really poor. They don't absorb water!
Thankfully, they weren't expensive, but surely they should perform better than something that cost half as much from the local supermarket?
These were purchased a long time ago, but no one at home wants to use them due to the poor quality. I've tried washing them (without softener) and using them several times With the hope that they will improve, but the lack of water absorption remains the same :(
