This company is most notorious for stealing others' images and selling them on its own website. Last Saturday, I discovered that they had unlawfully used all our InvisiBra by Lavalia product photos online, almost the entire collection. What's even more outrageous is that they added numerous watermarks bearing "millybridal.org" to these stolen images, as if to prevent unauthorized use themselves. Isn't it both laughable and disgraceful for a thief to play the guard? Not only did they steal our images, but they also misappropriated our product name—simply unbelievable. After a series of negotiations, I finally succeeded in demanding that Milly Bridal.org remove all the infringing images; otherwise, we would take legal action. This morning, I was glad to see that they honored their promise when I visited their website. However, the search engine still shows dozens of detailed listings for those bras, which continues to seriously harm our brand. Intellectual property must not be trampled upon. Our brand invested significant resources in hiring professional photographers and models for our product shoots, and I will not tolerate anyone casually copying our work as if it were theirs. This is theft, and it is wrong. This company should be held accountable and face penalties.

Very poor quality my dress came ripped had to go buy another dress for my daughters prom wanted a full refund emails back and forwarded wouldn't give me a full refund only wanted to give me up to 80% wouldn't shop here again

My dress was so pretty and honestly exceeded my expectations i recommend to be honest

I rarely leave reviews, but felt this was worth sharing. I ordered a £120 dress from Milly Bridal that looked wonderful on line. It turned up and I can only compare the condition of the dress to a cheap dress you would get off shein - the sizing was very inaccurate (I am an 8-10, ordered a size 10 and it was TINY). I tried returning it and they refused the return. There were no delivery updates, no courier information.. The dress was definitely not worth anywhere near the value. Avoid at all costs

Ordered dress for my daughter's prom in a size 10. It arrived today in a size 6, doesn't fit and the hem is poorly constructed. Sections of hem not even joining together with frayed edges absolutely shocking. It's being returned immediately and a full refund demanded. Avoid this site, so disappointed especially my daughter.

Website was easy to use. Quality of the dress is amazing and the custom sizing was perfect. Service brilliant as dress came so fast.

Don't bother ordering from this company they not even based in the UK I ordered a one shoulder dress did measurements and ordered a size bigger it didn't fit properly asked for a exchange or refund they refused bunch of crooks

Be aware they won't allow returns under any conditions so if there is a problems with size, colour or anything else you're totally stuck.

Please do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered a dress and the colour is nothing like the picture on their website which I sent them pictured to clearly show the difference.

The quality is awful.

I emailed as soon as I opened it requesting a refund but they have sent multiple email’s point blank refusing to let me send the dress back and receive a refund.

The dress really impressed. I was not expecting such a well done dress, but it was really worth the cost. There are lots of fabric so it has this great swing to it. I absolutely loved it and everyone is talking about my photos. Super recommend.

Prom dress purchased, good quality of fabric, good shape and size in excellent price.

We received my daughters dress for her prom and it is beautiful. We chose the Princess Off-the-shoulder Tulle Ruffle Prom Dress With Appliques in the colour Daffodil. This colour is more of a soft lemon but we are so glad as the yellow isn't too bright. We opted for custom fitting and this fits so well. No need to alter it. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Positives - made-to-measure (fits very well), arrived in ten days.
Negatives - it's not the same fabric or colour as per the photos.
Bottom line - daughter was ok with it, but it's really a cheap knock-off copy of what we were expecting

I want to praise this very efficient company because of the amazing experience I’ve had with them! From the wide selection of dresses, to the easy process to order a made to order wedding dress, to the speed with which the dress was manufactured and shipped back to me… I had my beautiful wedding dress within two week of ordering it!
But also, they kept in touch consistently, confirming every step and reassuring me that they had it all under control! Thank you very much MillyBridal!! I would recommend them to anyone!! 5 stars!! 🌟

I custom ordered the dress which arrived too big with snags on the material throughout the dress.

The quality of the dress is disgustingly cheap.

I have tried to contact the company on several occasions to no avail.

Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my son's wedding unfortunately the colour is nearly the same as the mother of the bride so I requested to return the dress. They told me I ordered that colour and wasn't allowed to return it. Under the consumers rights act 2015 I have a right to a refund. They are delaying getting back to me and I am aware I have only 7 days to return it and now only 3 days left I have been left with no choice but to write this review. Most disappointing the dress was £270 so not a cheap dress.

There are some beautiful dresses on this site, however the one I ordered for £117 arrived with a small hole in the net material, which I emailed the company about straight away and was offered a 15% partial refund, which I agreed to. This wasn’t processed as promised and after a couple of weeks I chased them up, and had also realised that the belt was already starting to come away from the dress (having never been worn), and the zip would stick as it passed the belt. I also reported these problems to them and they did eventually send the refund for the hole but the other issues were never mentioned or addressed by them. For the price I would say the quality is poor and customer service is really lacking

Company had great service for any problems I had, and the dress took about 2.5 weeks to come. my dress was beautiful quality, a little bit long for me as I am 160cm in height, but it was overall a lovely dress and I got a lot of compliments on it.
