I have been using Mantra Lingua's ebooklub for my school for around 5 years now. In that time, the offering of bilingual ebooks they offer has increased every year. The website consistently becomes more user friendly and easy to navigate and the families at our school love using the service.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because sometimes it's a bit slow to get feedback on emails, especially for problems about renewing the license and I think the site could continue to become more streamlined and user friendly.
As a school, we also used to find it really useful that Mantra Lingua offered bundles of books in a particular language which they seem to have discontinued.

I had a problem with an RNIB Penfriend working with a tactile globe and was advised to contact Mantra Lingua as they make the product. After a very annoying support call (the support agent said they didn't know what to do) with them, I raised a complaint. I was contacted by Robene Dutta, who is the Penfriend inventor and, I have since found out, the company owner, and was told that the Penfriend does not work with the globe and the RNIB had been told this. The Penfriend we were using turned out to be corrupt in some way (it was 10yrs old) and we bought a new one. This DOES work with the globe (RNIB product LC251) so we were definitely misinformed by Robene.
