Having been a customer for over 15 years, the account is inaccessible. States a code is being sent to another email address, but it never is. The mobile number was hacked so I cannot update with my new number. All you have is a prompt to get your credit or debit card and pay ? much for a 0808 number call to sort out. All the subscriptions linked to this email now need to be changed. Very poor service.

I WAS HAVING A FEW SECURITY PROBLEMS AND MY PROTECTION WAS DOWN ? I CONTACTED MACAFEE THEY SORTED IT OUT A VPN WAS ON AND STOPPED ME FROM GOING ON SITES ? I WAS REPEATINGLY TOLD TO SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNTS AND DO A 2 OR 4 STEP VERICATION ? I WAS TOLD TO TAKE OFF THE VPN AND TO CHANGE ALL MY PASSWORDS ? THEN YAHOO ASKED ME TO SIGN IN AND CHANGE MY PASSWORDS ? I GET SO CONFUSED WITH YAHOO BECAUSE THERE EMAILS TO ME ARE SO LONG IN RECEIVING A CODE I APPLY AGAIN FOR A CODE BECAUSE NOTHING CAME ? WHEN A CODE CAME I PUT THIS IN AND IT SAYS WRONG CODE ? BECAUSE IM NOT WELL I GET A BIT CONFUSED SO I PUT IN FOR ANOTHER CODE? I THEN REALISED IM A CODE BEHIND AND WAIT UNTIL AROUND 20MIN AND USE THE LAST CODE I GET IN TO THE NEXT STAGE AND THEY WANT ANOTHER CODE FOR THIS 2 OR 4 STEP VERICATION THEN IM TOLD BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED THAT MANY TIMESTHEY WERE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS DOWN BECAUSE I USED ANOTHER EMAIL AS PROOF TO SAY WHO I WAS AND I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL ? I LOOKED UP THE HELP LINE AND PICKED THE THE ONE WERE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO SORT OUT THIS MESS ? I GOT THROUGH TO THE ENGINEER AND AFTER I GAVE HIM ALL MY DETAILSHE SAID HE COULD NOT CARRY ON UNTIL I SENT HIM A PHOTO OF MY PASSPORT AND HE SENT ME A EMAIL WITH A LINK TO HIM ? SENT THE PHOTO AND HE SAID BOTH ACCOUNTS WERE BOTH CLOSED BECAUSE I CHANGED THE PASSWORD TO MANY TIMES I SAID WHAT WAS THE POINT OF TAKINGA PHOTO OF MY PASSPORT ? HE SAID YAHOO SAID BEFORE HE SPEAKS I MUST GIVE MY PASSPORT ? I EXPLAINED I NEED MY HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS HE APOLOGISED AND SAID I MUST OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT

Some people are not receiving my emails. I am not receiving their emails either. However, with others there is no problem. Premier Property Lawyers are not receiving a single email. Am I being blocked by a Foreign Power ?

Yahoo have just changed the format of their e mail i cannot obtain Saturdays or Sundays or those of last week. No explanationpof how to change back-i have spent 3 hours already on this-Why do you do it-you already admit their have been many complaints.
It iot your job to cause misery and despair?my dad is sick with cancer and i should be looking after him instead of trying to fix this problem. How about some compensation? you deservve 0 i is far too high.

Won't let me sign in, this has been the last 24 hours, I'm expecting important emails

Yahoo have deleted over 20 years of emails and photos from aunts, uncles and family (some who have died) all because I hadn't logged in for some time. So what? I had reasons I wasn't in control of. Thanks for destroying my memories!

I'd give 0 star if I could. Just changed phones and will not allow me to sign in "To prevent unauthorised access" so basically I now have a redundant email account

Negative:

* Doesn't appear to display sender images.
* Doesn't use the system/browser-inherited dark or light theme.
* Accidentally deleted mailboxes cannot be recovered.

Positive:

* Supports every kind of e-mail account, some via OAuth.
* Supports some fairly advanced features too like forwarding and specifying a reply-to address (without paying).
* Pleasant GUI.
* Receipts tab is useful.
* No adverts, unlike mobile counterpart.

you have removed very important emails from my second account and I need them back. Also my contacts related to that account. Because I use it rarely does not mean I don't need it!! Please respond.

They closed my email account without notice less than 6 months after i last used it and do not have much advertised in the way of who to effectively contact when that happens. Terrible.

My email has been hacked and they will not close my account. The access has been able to access everything and spent money on my account. I’m a single mom so the impact has been massive. Yahoo will not respond to me. They just want me to confirm emails that have been sent to prove my identity. Which obviously I can’t do. I’ve had to involve the police. Can’t help but think the hacker is yahoo itself. There is no explanation as to why they won’t help and shut down my email

Thank you Yahoo, for keeping over 65,000 of my emails in 3 accounts since 2005 ! Others have deleted inactive accounts but you guys have allowed me to look back to when I first met my wife and recount many things... thanks x

Getting very fed up with Yahoo! Mail. In recent days, I've gone to log in and, on numerous occasions, have gotten the message "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try in 1 hour." Really useful when you've anything urgent awaiting your attention. Their site trumpets the message Best-in-class Yahoo Mail; not in my experience.

This email provider is atrocious!

Back in January, I was attacked by cyber criminals and had my phone number spammed repeatedly for 2 weeks in March with harassing and creepy calls and voicemails.

After changing my phone number, I am unable to access my Yahoo email account.

Contacting customer service was at best shambolic, because they are trying to extort money from me, with trying to blackmail me for my banking details in an attempt to hold my account to ransom.

I was planning to move all my emails to Yahoo at one point, but now I am having second thoughts!
