I ordered 4 outfits I returned 3 only…

I ordered 4 outfits I returned 3 only due to size, I was only refunded for 2. When I contacted customer service they said the refund will come in two parts never gave me a reason why and then I never heard anything.I then emailed them again and they have said did not meet these criteria as the article had makeup marks and showed signs of being worn which is an out right lie. I am owed £30. Such a shame because the outfits are really good quality it was my first time ordering from them but I will never order again and will not recommend any one order from here as they are dishonest and I have robbed me. I am now trying to get my money through clear pay but it’s not the same as claiming through your bank so may not get my money back

awful paid for next day delivery didn't arrive for eid. Had to buy my children brand new outfits elsewhere. I am disgusted and appalled by their service
Will never shop there and spend my hard earned money on them again.

I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before ordering . I ordered a kurta and paid for next day delivery. They sent the wrong size .when I returned it ,they refused to give me a refund because the tag wasnt attached to the kurta ....although I sent it in the same package. They told me to collect it from their warehouse which is hours away . They haven't admitted liability for their mistake, have kept my money and kurta . To what it seems like , is that they are pulling the same scam with alot of prople

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Khaadi. I placed an order for my wife on 18 April 2026 and €77.94 was deducted from my account, but I never received any order confirmation.

When I contacted their online support, I was then informed that my order had been canceled. They claimed they had tried to contact me, which is not true. I received no email, no call, and no message.

I did not receive my order at all, and the whole process has been frustrating.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this website. Avoid saving your card details and always monitor your bank account for any unexpected charges.

Very poor service. I will not order from Khaadi again.

Failure to give refund

I returned 3 items and only got refunded for 2.
They are saying i made a stain when this is untrue.
The dress that was the most expensive is the one they are refusing to refund.
Poor customer service.

No Customer respect

I placed an order and the parcel went missing from courier DHL.
Numerous emails sent to Khaadi. Every email did not receive reply for days and even then as a customer I have been made to be lying even though verification available of over 30 attempts to call DHL

Second time lucky...

First bought from Khaadi (UK) last year online (summer). However, the fabric thickness was thin, cut were mostly a line and sizes were not to my liking, really big for the smallest size. I returned 95% of the order. It was refunded soon after.

Thought I'd try them again this year, as I felt maybe the fabric and the types of items I picked were the problem. I was surprised with the first order. Fabric was better (autumn and winter), sizing was better for me, not perfect. Some items are still oversized, but I try and pick items that look more straight cut. I tried to understand the difference between lawn, cambric, raw silk, khaddar ect. Returned a few items, they were processed quickly and refunded too.

I have ordered more than 5 times this year. I have kept 85% of the items. I have not directly contacted customer service, but my orders are processed after a few days, approx 5 days, sent out via DHL, normally delivered on the right day (but that is a delivery company issue). I use standard delivery, everytime. Items are in the parcel, packed well. When I return, I try to send the items a few days before, as it can take some time to get there. It is processed quickly, 3 days to a week and they refund the items.

My advice to Khaadi, I do wish they'd inspected items before sending them out to customers, or resending them to other customers after returns. I have had items with tassels missing, or it seems items were not checked thoroughly. I am unable to log in to order anymore, this is not fixed, although I have done everything they have said. The shipping form online, it can be confusing. It sometimes does not work as expected. Fill in my details and it removes it sometimes. So, I have to do it all again. Remember to fill in the details and check the address twice. Khaadi IT team should test this.

I would recommend customers to ordered in advanced, as it can take some time to process and pack the items. Check the sizing guides, as the sizing has changed recently. Check the fabric type before buying, big difference between lawn or cambric and raw silk or satin.. If you are buying in the sale, you might not find all the items you need, like the dupatta, or trousers as the stock sells out, especially if they are separate pieces. So, buy it before the sale as a kurtha or trouser can be sold out before. Or, but when it's not the final sales (or really low priced ones). I'm able to get the entire set without disappointment and customers have not sold out everything. The tops can be oversized especially if they are a line, but that is the style in Pakistan. I have kept some items, because it looks fine oversized. Take pictures/ video of the items/ parcel. Check which items you have selected, when completed the form online, it is a bit fiddly and double check before confirming it. Print the slips and add this to the order. Try and send off items a few days before, it can take an extra day to get to them sometimes (that is a delivery company issue though).

Do Not Online Shop from Khaadi

Well, I would suggest never to place an online order with this brand in Dubai, UAE.

The customer service is ZERO out of 5.
They give a voucher for your refund after 6 Days! Meanwhile what you like is already out of stock or no size availability.

And when you recieve the voucher apply it they ask for shipping charges even if the amount is higher than there set amount of website for free shipping.

Full on scam! No replies on the chat bot, email replies are slow and no one actually cares.

Place your order carefully if you ever do

if i could give this place zero stars... i would.

oh my god. where do i even begin. placed an order for my hardworking mother for mothers day on the eleventh of march and paid for premium next day delivery. wanna know what i didnt get... NEXT DAY DELIVERY. but alas, i kept my hopes high. on the thirteenth i was told my parcel was delivered at a pickup point as i wasnt home, WHEN. I. WAS. still, i didn't mind. however upon further inspection i didnt recieve any code and have been trying to get one since. only to find out ITS NOT EVEN THERE AT THE PICKUP POINT ANYMORE AND HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO KHAADI. and nothing has been done since. i've submitted complaint after complaint yet absolutely nothing has been done to help, other than their rather awful support team consistently referring me to a 'relevant team' TWICE that has yet to contact me. sounds a little made up to me. in addition to this they have completely breached GDPR laws as when i was complaining another person's email was leaked to me as apparently all my updates were sent to them instead. never ordering from this place again and i suggest you dont either. still waiting four weeks later...

Zero stars for customer service - appalling!

I would score khaadi customer service a ZERO if I could! I paid £8 for next day delivery, the courier missed making that delivery and delivered 5 days later! I have been contesting to get a mere £3 back for the extra I paid for delivery and their disgusting customer service team have been unhelpful, unapologetic and have sided with DHL who lied about making a next day delivery attempt! I have ring doorbell to prove but Khaadi refuse to accept! I have never dealt with such an appalling customer service team. Shame on you !

Excellent service

I would give honest review..I have very good experience with khaadi..I was worried the sizes would be small like indian ones but good thing there sizes r perfect for me ..I wear size s , there size s has room not body tight which i like..also after washes if goes shrink it wont be problem for me

I wouldn’t give even one star because it doesn’t worth . Paid extra delivery charges for next day delivery buy didn’t get parcel on the time . It delivered after the 4 days of order and after Eid . It is waste of money and disappointment , such a shame.

Stunning fabrics, beautiful quality, fabulous designs, excellent service

My 2nd order from Khaadi on line, UK. Very pleased again - I bought some sale items and have 8 pieces in my wardrobe for £53 including delivery. Stunning colours, beautiful quality natural fibres and original designs. Detail on the stitching and embroidery is excellent. The work is impressive and I love the tailoring. Arrived even more promptly than my previous order. I am loving this company so far.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I placed an order in mid-December and months later it still hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email and live chat, and each time I receive the same generic response with no real update or resolution. Phone lines are closed, live chat offers no help beyond “we’ll update the team,” and there is no accountability.

For a brand of this size, the lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but repeatedly ignoring customers and failing to resolve issues is not okay. I expected much better from Khaadi and would never order from them again.

Failure to refund

I returned two items, was only refunded for one item and not the other. They sent a photo saying there were makeup marks. This was absolutely not the case when I had packed the item, there were no marks nor any stains (I was not even wearing any makeup when I had tried it on!) Customer service is unhelpful. Will definitely not be shopping from here again

Poor service

Went to this store one time and wanted a dress off the mannequin because there was only one left, the Khaadi employee refused to do so. I asked if she could check stock but she said: no, everything is out on the shelves. I later found out it wasn't and left empty handed. Also the clothes have gotten worse over the years and I no longer go there. Very lazy and unprofessional staff.
