This service was quick enough to take…
This service was quick enough to take my money but is seriously flawed when it comes to vendor training. I hadn't used it before and was told at the Asda where the machine was I had to take my parcel to, that they couldn't send my parcel unless I had a QR code to scan however I was only sent an invoice, an address label and a barcode, never a QR code. When I explained to the lady that all I have is the barcode with instructions to show it to her, she got quite snippy with me realiterating that without said QR code she couldn't help me. This was my only Sunday off in a while and regret spending an hour of it in an Asda asking for help from a lady that clearly never had the appropriate knowledge or training to help me!

SATISFACTORY SERVICE
Personal service for the customer is dead.
The person just left it by the back door without finding out if I was present. I am a pensioner and currently have a very painful left leg. How much better it would have been if the person waited for me to attend and for him/her to have offered to put the heavy parcel on the table for me. Good service and being helpful is no longer part of a company’s ethos. Shame.
