Poor initial delivery but issue was fixed, scooter nice so far..

The initial delivery was not well handled but they did offer to re-arrange redelivery at no additional cost after some discussion.

I have only just received the scooter and I am impressed with the quality for the price so far. It's very early days so I have no idea how reliable or robust it will be, but it seems pretty heavy duty and it certainly is powerful. I like the lights and the style also and having the NFC lock is nice. It would be nice to be able to control the underside lights individually, not sure if that's possible yet.

The acceleration is a bit jerky but that might be fixable with settings, I haven't had a chance to investigate yet..

Scam

I brought an e scooter and then they tell me it’s gone out of stock just over 2 days after I placed my order but they was fine taking my money.

I recently purchased a OneSport OT16-2

I recently purchased a OneSport OT16-2 via this website.
There is a warehouse facility within the UK and delivery only took 2 days.
Customer service is via email at the main Chinese website and the service I’ve received has been excellent. They sent an upgraded controller for the bike quickly (also dispatched from UK).
Highly recommended!
