Awful customer service sent 2 emails and didn’t get any replies. Sent an instragram message and only had an automated reply asking for me region. Completely useless

Fox filter product reviews on their website
Be aware Fox filter non 5/5 product reviews on their UK website - really poor form and misleading to customers especially from a brand like them. Always liked Fox products, however I recently bought a jacket and the quality was sub-par for the price tag. So I thought I'd write a product review - it wasn't scathing, it was honest and fair IMO (3/5 stars). However it never got published, then I notice said product only has a handful of reviews (v.popular product) which are funnily enough all 5 star ratings...make of that what you will. I know they aren't the only company who likely do this on their own website, but unfortunately I'll think twice about ordering from them now.
Refund experience woeful
Refund experience woeful. Called the 'helpline' to get through to a man clearly on his mobile at work who was not able to be practically helpful. I realised only latterly that you're supposed to fill in a form for returns - I wasn't instructed to do so when I returned. Have to return to Amsterdam which cost £5 each time and the advice I was given re. sizing and adequate size of racing glove for a child wasn't helpful in least and I had to return for refund for a second time.
