placed order on the 2nd of june it is now the 14th. still not received my order disapointed

Easy to order, swift dealing with the order and really high quality offoto prints received.

This is the first time I have ordered through Foto.com and I am pleased with the results. I chose a mat finish for the photos and the quality is excellent.
I nearly gave it 4 stars as the delivery stated 2-3 working days and as I had not received the order after 6 working days I felt I had to contact their customer service who reassured me that the order had been sent out and then I received the order that same day. As customer service replied within 24 hours of contact I decided to award the full 5 stars. I can recommend anyone wanting to order through Foto.com they can order with confidence.

Ordered four copies of A4 photo books. One arrived with scratched front cover. Another one had photo default, added some random dodts and the final two had creased corners so overall not great at all, considering each album cost 25 each. Was expecting more. Let me add the parcel was perfect so Foto.com cant even blame postal services as it clearly happened prior to shipment

Product received well packaged and just as ordered.

The Prints are first class , the ordering was a bit slow (computer fault)
The delivery could have been quicker ,this was caused by the Post Office
having people not turn up. I was very pleased with the Quality..

Very user friendly site which was easy to access and navigate. Reasonable price prints arrived in less than one week. The pictures themselves were perfect quality - highly impressive and totally recommended. Would certainly use again.

i love the quality of the photos photography is my hobby so i will be ordering from them again the postage waiting time is not too bad either

Awful experience with this company. The photos have not arrived, and as set out in other reviews, customer service are not contactable in the UK with email the only method of contact.

I have been continually told to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally, through tenacity on my part only, they agreed to a 'reprint' but couldn't expedite as they do not offer this service - although they offer this for a fee on initial order.

I thought all was well until I received another email, asking me to comment or my case will be closed. I have pointed out that below this email to me, it clearly states that a reprint is in hand.

I would strongly advise to avoid at all costs, they are unreliable and completely inefficient with no idea whatsoever of acceptable customer service. Pay cheap, pay twice, with irritation and much time wasted along the way.

Good Service. I would certainly use them again.

my photos never turned up, and it is impossible to contact them, if you go to their help page and say that your photos havent arrived all you get is an instant response saying your photos have been sent contact the courier, there is no way of asking for your money back!!

I’m still waiting for my delivery more than a week after they said the order was posted. I enquired about my order but have not had any reply.

Excellent quality and exactly what I ordered.

Good service and results at a fair price - very happy to recommend.
