Still not been paid..
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent selling experience with Designer Exchange Ltd.
Prior to selling my item, I contacted customer support to seek clarification regarding the expected processing and payment times, having read a number of concerning reviews from other sellers. I was expressly assured that the process would take between 7 and 10 working days.
On the basis of that assurance, and having previously completed successful transactions with Designer Exchange, I entrusted the company with my Hermès bag and delivered it to their store on 18th May.
More than two and a half weeks have now elapsed, yet I have neither received payment nor been provided with a substantive update regarding the status of my item. Despite making several attempts to contact both customer support and the store manager, I have been met only with requests for further patience, without any clear explanation for the delay.
Designer Exchange remains in possession of my property while payment remains outstanding. Given that the item has an approximate value of £10,000, the lack of communication and failure to adhere to the stated timeframe is particularly concerning.
I appreciate that delays can occasionally occur; however, I would expect prompt, transparent communication and compliance with the timescales that were represented to me before I proceeded with the transaction. Regrettably, my experience has fallen well below those expectations.

Designer Exchange do not pay
Designer Exchange have taken in my items, and I have approved a bank transfer. I have yet to receive my payment into my bank account, although they promised the payment had been processed, I am still to receive any money after numerous emails which they are now not answering. It has been over two weeks and I am still waiting for over £1,000

No refund
Bought an item, returned it as not what I wanted, 2 weeks after they’ve had the item nearly and still nothing. I’ve tried messaging and I just get no response, this is hundreds of pounds and they are just ignoring, they’re more than happy to keep sending emails encouraging to buy more from them though. Seriously disappointed as I used to use this company a lot but won’t bother now. Please don’t buy anything with the intention of returning, they’re won’t refund you.
