Half of my order has not even reached the courier so it obviously was never dispatched despite being in stock. ALL of my emails and online contact forms have been ignored, and I am out of pocket and will be taking matters further should this not get resolved very soon.

Ordered on 3rd Jan, received email on 5th Jan saying the order was on its way. 10 days later and the DX tracking still says they are awaiting the parcel and they are expecting it on 5th Jan. Have emailed DeerRun and completed online contact form and no response.
Since writing this review I was contacted by DeerRun, they suggested the delivery had been lost and offered refund or replacement. Coincidentally the same day the tracking finally updated saying it would be delivered the following day and it was. That day the company were responding almost immediately to emails and gave a £20 refund for the delay.

Never in my life have I ever known such a complicated and difficult returns process! Please please please if you do decide to buy from here, be absolutely certain that you are going to keep it.
They try to offer you £30 to keep it!
It takes days for a reply on email, I’ve spoke to numerous different people on the phone. They all say different things. Over a week later and I’m still trying to get a time slot with the courier to come and collect.
I honestly wish I had read the reviews first! I actually do think I would recommend people probably NOT to buy from here in the first place, as it seems it’s not only returns customers are having issues with but deliveries as well!

On the second occasion of waiting we’d tracked the driver to our street, went outside to receive it, only for him to drive straight by and post ‘address not found’. DX delivery will never deliver to our house again.
Updated review: since posting my review, the company got back to me, apologised and assured me that they were acting on the criticism. They also actioned a partial, £10 refund in light of inconvenience caused.

Great walking -running pad. Good quality, perfect size. Easy to use
I am pleased with the treadmill, but the + button seems to be a bit temperamental. I don't go very fast as I haven't exercised for a long time and am in my 70s.
Its been two weeks and I havent received my treadmill, neither Deerrun or DX seen you be able to tell me when it will be delivered and dont want to talk to each other

Treadmill is very good but the delivery and customer services is much to be desired twice we waited in for it to be delivered and didn't arrive only when we told customer service we were going to cancel and ask for a full refund did they sort it out and it was delivered that day

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Very disappointed as I ordered the pedal exerciser in 3 Jan and have had no update since. I have sent two emails but no response. I will asking for a refund through my bank.

What a shambles of a company.
Was given 3-5 working days.
15 days later, 3 emails with no reply and endless attempts of calling I finally had an answer.
Unfortunately they were USELESS, so I guess I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks.
SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I am now seriously concerned after reading these reviews. I placed an order over a week ago and have not received anything, despite the website indicating an earlier delivery date. The tracking information provided shows no updates at all.
Is there a consumer body where this company can be reported? The conduct described here suggests a pattern that is concerning. The company appears to be UK-based, but the lack of communication and transparency is worrying.
Are there any effective ways to warn others on a wider scale? Unfortunately, I only came across these reviews after placing my order.
EDIT TO ADD: I still haven't received my refund despite many requests. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! HOW CAN WE REPORT THIS?

I ordered both a walking pad and a handrail on 6 November 2025. The walking pad was delivered as expected; however, the handrail has not been received.
I contacted customer services by email and was advised on 29 December that the matter was being investigated. Despite requesting an update on four subsequent occasions, I have received no further response.
I am still awaiting delivery of the handrail.

Tread mill not arrived, lost by courier, no estimated delivery date, deer run only has foreign call centre who only speak off script and can offer no help. No treadmill delivered and cannot get and answer fron courier or deer run

I ordered a Deer Run A1 pro treadmill on 30th december (Order DR36986) which has not yet arrived. After chasing up on via email with no response, I finally talked to a customer service agent on the 9th january, who informed me that no ticket for dispatch had been raised. He supposedly raised this and i receveived an email confirming it, however as at today 12th January, it would appear the treadmill has not been dispatched.
Update 13th January - received notification that FEDex would deliver today...... and they did but just delivered a water bottle rather than the x1 pro treadmill....
Update treadmill was finally delivered 14th January with 2hr notice. Set it up and seems to be working OK. So goods received but communications with this company terrible.

I’m extremely disappointed with DeerRun UK. I ordered a walking pad that was due to be delivered by 6 January, but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update and have received no response at all.
The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. At this point, with no product and no replies, I’m starting to seriously question the legitimacy of this company. If there is a genuine delay, it should be communicated — ignoring customers only raises red flags.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
plus note and reason for 1 star is they sent only the extension cord for the missing walking pad.
Update my order has since been delivered 12/1 just a week late…. i will try it and undated on product

The running pad is good - sadly, the motor completely destroys the WiFi signal in my office through interference, meaning that I cannot connect to the internet whilst using the walking pad.

I ordered a treadmill a week ago, and had no response to my two emails asking for an update. Money has left my account but I’m sceptical whether or not I’ll actually receive my order.
Update 14/01: The treadmill has been delivered and I received an apology email, which was appreciated. However, the treadmill has a fault so I will be returning it for a refund.
Update 06/02: Got my refund this week, but still sent a week without an email confirming a courier had been booked.

Ordered over 10 days ago still not received my treadmill, emailed deer run and the absolutely rubbish couriers both just say please wait a few more days? It's very frustrating both company's lack customer service so disappointed as I can't even see this being delivered now!!
