The treadmill, so far, is good. The problem was with waiting longer than promised, poor customer service and a delivery agency that made me wait in 4 days for the delivery. On the second occasion of... See more

Product is very well constructed quality piece of kit and extremely suitable for our needs in its design & operation. Communication with customer services has been very efficient. I would like to see the ability to change the metics from metric to old skool imperial but that could just be my age 😉
Please avoid buying from this company, absolute nightmare!!!! Terrible experience

Delivery, and communication around delivery, has been absolutely shocking. I ordered my walking pad on 8 Feb, and it's now 23 Feb and if I hadn't chased it I would have no estimates of a delivery date at all.
I've had an estimate of delivery between 17 and 20 Feb, which has come and gone. In that time I've had a FedEx label created, then cancelled, and then another one created. Nothing has actually left any warehouses as far as I can tell.
I followed it up again and was told to speak to FedEx.
I'll be surprised if this order ever arrives.

An excellent piece of equipment very sturdily made. Price good, can get cheaper but of poor quality.
Final update to say that I did eventually get my refund for the walking pad but not for the mat that goes underneath it. Sorry to see that people are still having issues but not at all surprised!
Editing to add that they have deleted/not published my 1 star review on their website. Interesting that they have no 1 or 2 star reviews. Dishonest. Will update again if I do actually receive my refund.
Ordered a Q2 walking pad and mat to go underneath. Was supposed to arrive to 2 days ago. It didn’t. The shipping information changes frequently. I contacted them via message but it was useless. This morning it changed to ‘shipment cancelled’. I called the 0800 number which does not seem to be UK based. They told me there were problems with the system which would be updated in 24-48 hours. I said no, it says ‘shipment cancelled’ no further updates as to delivery being rearranged. The person on the 0800 number then couldn’t hear what I was saying. Hah. I said I would like a refund. They said no, they cant refund. I have to wait for it to be delivered by Fed ex then refuse delivery, wait for it to be returned back to them. They couldn’t tell me how long this would take. I said again that they have cancelled the shipment’ I said again that they haven’t even dispatched the order so i want a refund. Nope. No can do. They do not answer the phone or mobile to their physical shop in the uk. They do not respond to emails. I chose their walking pad as it seems to have been featured in UK newspapers etc. They have a UK sportsman as their ‘ambassador’. I felt it was safer buying from them than a random tiktok shop. I think I have a fight on my hands now. Awful, awful, awful. DeerRun, don’t send a reply here to say sorry and ask for my email. You are just playing games.

Avoid this company at all costs! It took me six weeks to get a refund for a treadmill that was never delivered, and the only way I received the refund was to do a charge back via my bank. They ignored emails, made consistent promises over the phone that were never delivered, and are totally untrustworthy.
They asked me to write a review on their website, which I did detailing the information above. Conveniently this review was then deleted. They are not honest, trustworthy nor reliable.

I placed an order because the item was clearly showing **“in stock”** with delivery from a UK warehouse between 13–16 Feb. I was hesitant due to the negative reviews, but decided to give them a chance — big mistake.
After seeing no movement on my order and receiving no dispatch email, I contacted customer service. I was then told the item is actually a **pre-order** with shipment not expected until **28 Feb**.
When I challenged why customers are being misled into ordering items that aren’t actually in stock, I just started receiving robotic “rest assured” responses saying they needed to contact another department. They couldn’t even properly confirm my cancellation or refund.
In just three days, I was supposedly handled by **seven different agents**, which honestly makes me wonder if it’s even different people at all.
This feels extremely misleading — holding onto customers’ money without clear information or proper support. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.
I genuinely hope companies like this are held accountable so other people don’t have the same frustrating experience.

Ordered on 16 Jan 2026, no delivery date issued. Emailed customer support and was told due it it being a reorder item and will get a delivery date soon. This was last week, and still no updates today. Might be looking to request a refund soon.
Turns out they do not deliver to my postcode, so double Delivery Restrictions (Selected Postcodes) on their Shipping Policy.
They did finally let me know about the issue only after a pressed them a few times and finally refunded the whole order. One extra star for successful refund but otherwise could do a lot better with customer service.

Really excited to order a treadmill that seemed to be exactly what I needed. Ordered over a week ago, was told would be here by 11/2. Finally arrived 2 days later. When item arrived box was a bit ‘beaten’ but I assumed this was just from delivery.
Upon opening the box, initially it looked decent, but when setting it up, there was a small plastic cover that clips on and covers the springs to protect you from trapping your fingers when folding it down. One of my covers is faulty as if you clip it on, it just pops right off. As well as this there is a massive scrape down one of the sides. It’s as if I was sent a previously returned product. This is unacceptable for what I paid for a ‘Flagship Premium’ X20 model.
Sent photos and videos to DeerRun and their several different emails, heard nothing, eventually got through to them via Social Media. They offered me £15 back, which I rejected, then they asked if the item is still operational, would I accept £20 back. Again I declined and started refund proceedings. Since then I’ve heard nothing. Likely that I’ll have to go through my bank to get my money back for the faulty product.
Awful company with bad customer service which is a toss up if they’ll answer or not. Responses on here all seem to be generic responses. Feels like an absolute scam company. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: Morning of 16/2 they messaged me via social media to offer me 1/2 refund of my treadmill which again I declined as have been sent a product which is way below satisfactory quality.
As you can see from the response from DeerRun, standard generic response. I’ve already sent all photos and refund request to DeerRun, so why the need to submit it all again ?
Edit: 17/2 Finally got through to someone who accepted I wanted a refund, they asked me to pick a day for collection. Had to be at least 2 days notice. I chose Wednesday (being a Monday I was contacted) advisor said they would escalate to relevant department.
Woke the following morning to an email from a different representative asking me to choose a day for collection, I explained I’d already chosen one as included in the email chain which was now 26 emails long. Was told it needed to be 2 days notice not including the day it’s getting picked up. So I chose Friday 20th Feb. Then recevied an email stating that I had to give 3 days notice not including day of pick up with it being a treadmill getting picked up. This is despite the whole email chain being named ‘Faulty Treadmill’
Eventually settled on collection next Weds (25th). Was sent a tracking number. I asked for them to confirm the date. Received no answer. It’s honestly exhausting at this point how difficult it’s been to get a refund for a faulty product. Next step is waiting to see if the couriers come and pick it up. Will update the review when this happens. Deerrun should be ashamed of themselves
Edit: 25/2 My faulty treadmill was picked up by XL Couriers (who in fairness were great despite their also pretty negative reviews) now let’s see how long it takes to actually get my refund
Edit: 5/3 No sign of refund, so emailed again and received the response,
‘Thank you for your response. I have escalated this matter to the higher department for further assistance. We will notify you once we receive an update’. Coming up to 3 weeks now since refund process was started and almost a month since I made the initial purchase
Edit: 10/3 Emailed them again as I’d heard nothing since last contact despite my matter being ‘Escalated’ received the following response,
‘Hi Danny,
Thank you for getting back to us with regards to this since your package already delivered to our warehouse we will process your refund. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have a great day.’
I replied asking why it had taken so long when it was almost 2 weeks since the faulty treadmill was picked up. I then got the following response,
‘Hi Danny ,
Thank you for getting back to us with regards to this may I ask if you preferred pick up on March 17 ? If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to your response
Best regards
Zyrus’
So at this point, I genuinely have no idea what is going on and feel I’m just going to open a dispute with my bank as I’m getting nowhere with DeerRun. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, absolutely shambolic
Last (Hopefully Edit) 11/3 Just recieved notification my refund has been processed now just waiting for it to hit my account. This whole affair has been exhausting. Avoid DeerRun if you can
Edit 13/3 Finally got the refund. I no longer have to update this review, yay

Ordered a week ago, told delivery is 3-7 days. Nothing has arrived.
Contacted them, to be told my address is too long and i need to shorten it to 35 characters!!!
Refund requested, still waiting to hear back.
DO NOT use Deer Run, they are not legit and i will be opening an fraud investigstion with the bank if they do not refund today.

This is a scam. Took payment and have not delivered any product and have not returned payment. Legal action is currently on going. Please avoid.

I placed my order nearly a week ago and never got a dispatch confirmation so I rang today to be told they can’t deliver my item due to a ‘courier’ issue.
They said they’d cancel the order and I now have to wait 7-10 days for my money back.
UPDATE: After I posted this review CS has been in touch via email and the refund processed quickly.

The product was unsuitable for me. The customer service offered whilst arranging the return has been nothing short of abysmal. It has taken multiple emails, most of which contained zero common sense. In the end I resorted to contacting the company on Instagram which seemed to get me a better response.
Although the product seemed ok, I'd never order from them again due to the painful service received

Never arrived. They emailed week later saying woild be another week. I asked for tracking, no reply. No treadmill. Absolutely waste of time

I ordered the A5 Pro Smart 2-in-1 Folding Treadmill – Compact Walking Pad from this company on the 3rd February. I chose standard delivery, and was advised it would be delivered between 4th & 8th February.
After placing my order I had no communication from Deer Run, and my item had not arrived. I decided to send them an email on 9th February to check the status of my order. I received a generic response advising my email had been passed to another team. By the 10th I had not received any update so decided to send another email. After reading reviews on here I asked for my order to be cancelled, and a refund to be processed. On 11th February I received an email advising me that they were preparing to dispatch my item but stated my postcode was not eligible for certain express delivery services. They asked for an alternative address. Because they assume everyone has a second home.
Firstly I did not select express delivery, and secondly I live in the middle of Birmingham with a store literally 12 miles away, I find it very hard to believe my postcode was not eligible. I believe these were made up excuses, and that they have no intention of shipping my item.
I responded to this email and asked again for my order to be cancelled. I have had no response. If I had not received a response by 14 day I will be going through my credit card company to claim a chargeback.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before my purchase. They are total scammers. I would advise anyone that is even considering purchasing through this company to protect yourself by using a credit card, or PayPal. I would seriously advise that you save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Since leaving this review, I have in fact received a full refund, however, I believe i was only refunded because of this review.
Deer Run have since contacted me and asked if I can remove or amend my review. If I thought this was a genuine error, and the conduct of this company was genuinely good, then I would absolutely amend or even remove my review. However, I do not. I would still never recommend this company to anyone. Looking at current reviews, it is clear that this is repeated behaviour. Once is a mistake, twice is habit. Removing a review, or even editing it could be misleading for future potential buyers. If you want a better rating provide better service.

Great exactly as expected, customer services were very helpful with delivery confusion. Arrived in reasonable time.
Have used the machine it is perfect nice and compact and great with the app
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a walking mat, protective mat and insurance at beginning of Jan. After weeks of no contact, we chased order up and were only then told they do not deliver to our area. After again chasing we have been told they will refund the walking mat but not the insurance or plastic mat. This is about 37 pounds that they have literally stolen from me. It was their error throughout.

I placed the order for a walking treadmill and never received the item. After a few weeks of back and forth, trying to get the item delivered a contacting the delivery company, I never received the item.
The most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of communication throughout. If they had just shared some updates and kept me informed my experience would have been much more pleasant and I would had considered the replacement they offered. Unfortunately the delivery company they chose to use was so unreliable and unprofessional that I declined a replacement as I had no faith that a replacement would be received either.
Unfortunately this experience is heavily tainted by the delivery company, but the lack of communication and lack of understanding unfortunately left me feeling frustrated and uncertain for weeks.
I have now received confirmation that’s refund is being processed, although even this was not communicated directly by the company but rather the payment method I used which adds to the awful experience.
