Not the best experience
Ordered 2 x mix boxes from them on Mon, with the expectation that I would be getting it by Wed (1 to 2 working day delivery policy on their site) and didn't hear anything from them apart from an order confirmation email that was sent when I placed the order. Did not get a shipping confirmation email or an estimated delivery date.
Emailed their customer service team - no response. Called their customer service number - hangs up on you automatically once you ask to speak to someone.
Update 1: managed to get through to David from customer service who informed me that the package has been dispatched and the delay is due to social distancing measures in warehouse and that a message about delays should have been on the website but it's not.
Update 2: the package arrived today via Royal Mail. Have amended my rating to 3 stars as there was no communication on dispatch or delivery date.
