Blinx underwear never arrived. When i reached out to them they said there have been a problem with the address and said I need to pay for the shipping another time. I tried to reach out to them but no response since

I stupidly only read the - super mixed - reviews for Blinx's period pants after I'd placed my order (the week before my period was due 🤦🏻‍♀️) so I almost bought pads in preperation.
But. They arrived more quickly than expected, they fit well and they do what they are supposed to. The only drawback is that you can't put them in the dryer and they take Ages to air dry once you wash them

The company fully sent me the wrong size. I couldn't even put them on. The sizing numbers on the items doesn't even match the sizing chart on the website chart they give. Since I had to open the package to see they do not fit, they won't accept a refund or exchange either. A very untrustworthy company.

I ordered from Blinx the second time because the first time my experience was good. This time I did not get my package. On writing to them, the customer service provider said that the item is out of stock and I can order something else, but gave me no voucher code. It has been over a month since I ordered and I have neither received the refund, not the package.

Ordered from an instagram ad. Thought they looked good. Arrived and tried them on and they are too small; even sized up as wanted them to be comfortable given they are for your period.
Emailed them, no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Emailed third time, still no reply. Have raised an issue via paypal as paid through it. Hoping they can sort a refund as I can’t use what’s been sent and no one replies from the company. Total joke

This is Sunny ,sales manager from Shanhao Knitting Co.LTD .We are supplier for Blinx period underwear .Blinx is able to grow quickly these years thanks to our fine quality and good support on payment terms . However ,we haven't received any payments for over a month and or any reply on payment plants . Fabric suppliers are chasing us for payments .I hope I am able to get some help from here .It's not easy for many companies this year .

Very not impresssed. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received my parcel. They never replied to my emails and now the emails are automatically sent back to me so you can't even contact them! I have starter a complaint via PayPal, but I'm appalled with their lack of costumer service and answers

I bought these off an Instagram ad, then I read the reviews on here. I totally panicked! But when they arrived I was impressed. I ordered the full brief style. They are comfortable, true to size and have a good amount of coverage with the absorbent material.

The absorbent part covers past the gusset at the front and all up the back of the pants.

On first impressions I would recommend these. I don't know what the other reviews are so upset about.

I've been using Blinx for around 2 years now, they are so comfortable, on a par with my favourite M&S 'big knickers'! They save me loads as I buy fewer tampons (still use some for ease when am out and about and might not want to carry spare period pants with me). Blinx really are great and I am happy I discovered them. Never had any issues with orders/size like some have mentioned and to me they are worth every penny. They run true to size and are easy to launder. Also great to sleep in, no more ruined sheets!

It's a scam. It tooks weeks for the product to arrive, after I just unpacked it and saw immediately that I don't want it - cheap and glossy and unpleasant material, superthick pad made of fleece or something like that... I was searching for some return policy on their website, nothing was there. Sent a few emails, all returned undelivered. After few weeks I reached them through their French Facebook profile and they wrote me that I can't return the product. I told them it was not worn but they wrote that the product is not hygienic anymore because I touched it and I can't send back even two untouched, unpacked pairs... Scammers, I think. Afterwards I tried on pair on to give it a chance. Oh man, I wouldn't stand to wear this for five minutes! The material is the worst, doesn't breath at all and the pad feels like nappy. It's ridiculously bad. Do not buy.

The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever come across. Oh how I wish I had checked here before clicking the purchase button… I ordered a few styles while there was money off to see how I got on with them. However, as soon as I opened the pack I could see the sizing ran small and they would not fit, didn’t even try them on so they are completely unworn. Nowhere on the website does it have a returns address despite it stating returns would be accepted within 30 days. I have tried 3 different email addresses and also reached out via instagram to no avail. It is now almost 2 weeks and 6 emails later and still not even a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Never received the underwear and they refuse to refund or send another package. Worst costumer service ever they just keep saying it was delivered and that I have to go to the police to report it stolen in order to get a refund. Who has time for that? Don't buy you will loose your money.

I have just purchased my 4th bundle of period pants from here over the last 12 months for me and my daughters. Thankfully I didn’t read the reviews on here first as I am more than happy and have been recommending to everyone who’ll listen. They’ve never sent the wrong size? I’ve never had reason to send any back - also I can imagine they won’t want worn period pants sending back?? They’re all comfortable, we have 3 different styles between us . And they’ve never leaked. I feel like some of these negative reviews might be fake for some reason but try for yourself before you dismiss BLINX. I don’t think I’ve written a review on here before but I needed to say something after seeing their shocking score. I ❤️ BLINX and I’m an Actual real life loyal customer.

Received wrong size and waterproof bag was missing. Refused to exchange the size.

I ordered two bundles of 3 panties in two different sizes to find out what size fits best.
I didn’t like the quality and none of the sizes fits well so I asked for a return. BLINX refuses the return and simply doesnt answer my mails anymore.
This company is 100% untrustworthy!!

I ordered a bundle of 3 pairs after seeing an ad on Facebook, then feared the worst after reading the reviews on here. But, they arrived a few days after I had ordered them, and they’re actually ok. True to size. They’re not as absorbent as the main brands of period underwear on the market, but I find them good for the light flow days and overnights. They are a strange swimsuit-y feeling material and the absorbent core extends all the way up the back which is unusual. I’ve washed them all a few times now and they seem to be holding up well. They’re so much cheaper than other brands so it’s not a surprise that they aren’t as high quality.

Their website defaults to size 8, as I placed my order using my phone, something must flipped and accidently received size 8 panties - way too small. Contacted them immediately when the order arrived to be first completely ignored and then point blankly refused exchange/return. Their policy in the first paragraph states that the returns are accepted up to 30 days, in the second paragraph it states no returns - I pointed it out and they referred me to the second paragraph!

Refused to honour order cancellation and ignored all emails. Ended up having to refuse the delivery (when it eventually arrived anyway...) and ask my card company to refund me. They break UK distance selling laws in about 5 different ways and don't seem to care. Some digging also appears to suggest the ltd company is at risk of being struck off, and other companies owned by the same company director recently were all struck off in the same way.

I still haven't had any reply to any of my previous emails either.

Can't comment on the quality of the product as I never opened the package, but as far as ordering from them goes I'd run a mile.

I didn't get my package. 1 month ago I wrote a mail. No reply til now. Horrible customer service. No underwear and still didn't get my Money Back!

Edit: 2 months later still ni reply. They even deactiveded their comments in Instagram.

Urgh, these are uncomfortable, cheap shiny material and fit really weirdly, the pad part is thick and all the way up the back feeling like a nappy! They took ages to arrive and one pair even has a hole in them, looks like it’s just been shipped in the middle with scissors!
