From ordering my DAB+ radio to delivery, a 1st class service was provided, excellent quality radio great sound, throughly recommend this product.

Great piece of kit for my Grandsons 16th birthday. Does everything required and fits his bedroom decor. Speedy, efficient delivery. And very important to me the Company is UK based with an address and UK telephone contact number. Excellent value for money.

Love the item we bought from UK technology Ltd. It is absolutely brilliant made from sustainable bamboo and looks stylish on the bedside.
Delivery was quick and it was well packaged.

Clear communication once order was made, delivered in a timely manner and product quality is very good and reasonably priced. So far so good, would definitely consider ordering from the company again.

Very good value and a quality product. the G LAMP was ordered as a birthday present to be sent directly to the recipient via DPD next day delivery. Everything went smoothly and both companies deserve a pat on the back! I have no reservations in endorsing UK Technology and they are on the top of my 'check first' list for their product catalogue in the future.

Earbuds keep disconnecting then re-connecting whilst listening to music very frustrating, have emailed company but as of yet no response 😡

Really happy with my 3-in-1 bamboo charger. It charges my iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods together which is so convenient, and the bamboo design looks lovely on my bedside table (much nicer than the usual plastic ones). It feels sturdy and eco-friendly, and keeps everything neat and organised. Works exactly as it should. Delivery was quick & communication throughout has been excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a radio from uk- technology and had a problem regarding harmonising the product with my system at home. The response was absolutely astonishing. I had a prompt reply and the company are creating a device to enable access to the radio. When I enquired how much I owed them, they said they were happy to help and cover the cost and went on to ask would I let them know.how it went. I can thoroughly recommend this company who go the extra mile

Bought the bamboo charging station as a gift - the unit looks and feels a quality product, and was just what I was looking for. However, I was a bit disappointed that the watch charging section didn’t work properly, I emailed Uk Technology to ask for a refund and received a lovely reply from Sam the same day! He was most apologetic and suggested a replacement straight away with no quibble or hassle, which was brilliant! He was true to his word and arranged a no questions asked replacement the same day - the replacement unit arrived a day later with his compliments!! Amazing customer service and communication - I would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

Mis-selling items, no accountability, nothing but arrogance and incompetence experienced, avoid purchasing from this company.

PORTABLE CHARGER
I purchased a portable charger from this company - it has been a lifesaver and have recommended it to so many of my work colleagues too. Great product as it has 3 different wires attached at the back and can charge my iPhone wireless too. Carry it in my handbag all the time.

I purchased a O lamp from UK Technology via Amazon for my sons 13th birthday, something he really wanted.

It worked at first but then there were issues with the charging and the lights.
As I purchased it over 30 days from when it was opened, it then became hard to return through Amazon. Plus it was very difficult to actually contact Amazon themselves, so I contacted UK Technology directly to express my concerns.
I contacted them via their website and had a phone call back the very same day! I cannot remember when a company has replied with a phone call as these things are normally via email or automated. The customer service was outstanding, it was such a refreshing change to actually talk to someone and they were very sympathetic and really wanted to help.
A replacement was arranged and also collection of the faulty unit.
This really is a testament to UK Technology as customer service (for me) is an important part of a commerce company.

Fantastic quality item and great customer service!

I recently bought a G lamp for my daughter’s birthday. It’s a great product that was shipped immediately so I received it the next day.
Seems easy to use and the light colours are great - I only plugged it in for a few minutes to test it before giving it to my daughter. She hasn’t opened it yet so I can’t comment on her view.
Sam has been amazing with his customer service - can’t fault him!

Amazing products! Been the perfect presents for my family - we use our Retro Radio everyday in the kitchen!! So easy to use and definitely very loud, 100% the best present I’ve brought for my mum.
