Awful, sent me a flimsy piece of fabric that is not a flag - avoid! Have since tried to reach out to see if they’ll resolve this but they’ve ignored me several times via email.

Excellent Customer Service from Lucy, very professional, quick turn around time, feather flag arrived in a carry case, really good quality, well packaged, a very happy customer and I would recommend.

Had to return 2 poor-quality Deck Chairs with a printing Defect, Rob agreed to a full refund but has taken far too long, I have had to call and email too many times before finally getting a refund. I had been told that due to illness the refund could not be done, then the person that deals with this is away in Spain!!

We ordered 2 feather flags for an upcoming event.

Communication from the start was brilliant and help with the artwork was on hand to get the order through efficiently.

There was a slight error with the delivery that came before the expected date, Kelly was fantastic in resolving this for us and making sure we got the items we needed in time.

Mistakes happen, I always judge a company on how they rectify these and I can't fault UK Feather Flags at all!

We will certainly be back for more in the future.

Shared some logos via email which needed to be incorporated, and was sent proofs of their Feather, Crest and Teardrop design by the end of the day. Opted for the Feather design. Flags arrived this morning. The quality of the print is exactly what we were looking for and the material used is very robust. Although the design was good and the delivery was prompt.

The company have failed to address an issue with a product to the satisfaction of the customer.

They maintain that their work is ‘Okay’. Unfortunately I do not!

They initially arranged to collect and fix the product but when it was returned the ‘fix’ looked rushed and poorly done.

The manager would ‘not class the work as poor’ which shows their levels of quality.

Absolutely appalling customer service for my small business due to their own error on their website. DO NOT ORDER if you are based on the Isle of Wight which falls within the England and Wales delivery charges they state online.

Rather than pay an unexpected disproportionate postage fee they wanted to charge, this company just CANCELLED my order. My business was left without the marketing materials it needed for an event and for which I paid express production and delivery.

I found the company lovely to deal with, however the actual product we purchased has badly faded in the sun, which is a shame

Poor service.
They promise an express service but can't deliver on it.
We paid extra to get flags delivered on a specific date and they weren't.
They blame courier, but why offer an express service if you can't stick to it.
When I asked for a refund they tried to dodge it and then only offered to take the hardware back but not the flags as they were 'bespoke' by which I think they mean they had our logo on them (well that's the point no?!) Then despite me calling and chasing... note I have had to chase and follow this up from the beginning as it seems their phones are incapable of making out-going calls - they leave it and leave it... I think waiting for me to go away.
Very disappointed - left with flags that arrived the day after the event and now useless and we are out of pocket.
Poor poor poor customer service - very disappointed will not be using again!

I called UK feather flags last Friday after being let down by another supplier and was in a panic looking for someone to supply the flags for the weekend. They were really friendly, helpful and confirmed that they were able to print the flags by the end of the day. We arranged to collect the flags as we needed them that weekend and were a few hours away so were cutting it very fine to collect in time. When we arrived both were very helpful and it looked like they had stayed back to wait for us as the rest of the staff had already left, fantastic service. I have since ordered some roller banners to be delivered which arrived promptly and look great. Thanks so much UK Feather Flags.

We are a car club and were looking to buy 2x XL feather flags for a show we were having . I dealt with a very pleasant and patient Kelly who guided me through the design process.We changed the design three times but this was no problem and within a couple of hours of exchanging E-mails and phone calls it was done.
The flags were ready 2 days later and because we were local collected them from the factory.
The quality of the flags and the printing were excellent as were all the accessories that go with them.
We would recommend this company to anyone

I am absolutely delighted with my rectangular shimmer flag that I bought from UK Feather Flags. The quality is outstanding, with a design that is both robust and eye-catching. It arrived very quickly despite being a last minute order. It is going to get a lot of use and I couldn't be more thrilled with it. Fantastic purchase at a very reasonable price.

I have dealt with a couple of people at Feather Flags, they have all been super helpful, all I had to do was send our logo in and they did the rest for me.
The feather flags they designed look great and have lasted really well.
