I purchased a multicolor 10KG bundle at a reasonable price (less than $100). So far, I have used the brown color PLA and it printed really nice. The filament is wounded nicely and I have experienced no tangles. I am very happy with this brand and I will definitely buy again.

I've ordered a fair bit of filament from Ujoybio. The main thing that brought me to them was the Christmas sale they had going at the time and I need A LOT of filament. Since November I've ordered around 40kg of different filaments that they offer and have not had a single issue. My favorite offering they have is hands down their PETG. I have a boat load of clear that I use for all my prototypes.

Color cream white filament is smooth and pearl white. No tangles and dry when arrived. I was amazed at how beautiful and rich the color printed out.
Only down size was the gauge on the side was off showing little less filament on the spool, but I was informed it was a manufacturer miss print.

I recently purchased this 3D printing filament and overall I’m very satisfied with the quality. The filament fed smoothly through my printer without clogging and produced consistent, clean layers. The color matched the description and the finished prints came out strong with good detail. I also noticed no stringing, which made post-processing easier. For the price, this filament offers great value and I would definitely consider buying it again for future prints.For the reference I purchased the PLA.

I'm am new user and so far my filament experience is with PLA. It's done exactly as expected and I'm satisfied with the results. Their price and color options are terrific!

I was drawn in to order by the companies ability to be competitive. The shipping and communication has been accurate and prompt. All of the material I have purchased, 25 rolls now, is well packed and runs on my machines without issue. I will be purchasing again.

I run a small business 3D printing, SuperPoop3D. I just ordered a lot of filament through UJOYBIO recently and am very impressed with the quality! I almost didn't order them because they weren't my usual supplier, but when I talked to their customer service to express a concern, the person that helped me was the most kind person and because of that I made the order. The pictures they had of their beautiful silks and amazing rainbows were amazing! I received my order within a week and immediately started printing! I was so impressed that it printed flawlessly and how vibrant it was! I printed so much because I had a monthly flea market I attend and it was going on the same weekend. I had my highest ever sales! This company doesn't just have great filament, they have amazing service! If it had not been for their amazing representative, I would not have purchased so I'm very very grateful. I quickly made a second, larger order after speaking with the same representative who took time to explain their discounts.

I'm summary, Amazing vibrant colors, beautiful silks, and rainbow colors, dual and tricolors! Their service? Their service was extraordinarily spectacular! I received immediate response (during China's working hours, same hours as all others) but I never get instant 1 on 1 service with anyone else. This is now my only supplier. Give them a try!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen out of any company. They cancel my order because “they” couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was getting 2 different emails from 2 different people who didn’t seem to know what the other was saying. Then insulted me and cancelled my order
