I subscribed expecting a $12 monthly…

I subscribed expecting a $12 monthly plan but was charged $144.

This was not clearly communicated during checkout.

The Autodesigner did not work properly and I could not generate screens as expected.

I contacted support but received no real help.

I am requesting a refund.

Be careful with this subscription.

The comunication is misleading

The comunication is misleading. I was charged unintentionally, plus it is tricky to remove the card since the UI is designed not to make the process easy. Very bothered with this way of acting #Cancellation

Scandalous HIDDEN CHARGE!

I originally subscribed uizard 9 months ago and used the service for the first 2 months. Around 4 months ago, I went through the cancellation process and clicked the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, and I reasonably believed the cancellation was successful at that time.

The nightmare started when I later discovered there were NO email notifications for the monthly invoices. The cancellation had not actually finalized because of a mandatory survey step that appeared after clicking the cancellation button. This confusing UI flow led me to believe the process was complete when it was not, resulting in several months of HIDDEN charges.

To make matters worse, when I wrote to their support about these charges, their only reply was an EMPTY email.

Terrible, unauthorized charging and unable to contact

Terrible. Do not share your payment info with this company. I'd subscribed a pro plan several months ago and cancelled the subscription. Recently my credit card suddenly being charged for $19 for the pro subscription, which I've stopped using this software for a few months and didn't login the portal. When I logged in to check, I found I've been put in a pro subscription. I sent email to their support email (support@...) but email returned with reason "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.". I doubt if they are still in business but unauthorized charge happened. This looks like a scam.

Terrible product, do not use.

Terrible ai, most of the screens generated looked terrible and had overlapping text, random mixes of fonts and the ai would often ignore instructions. Once it modified a screen with text, buttons, images, etc to just be a white screen with some yellow text on it.

Waste of time - scam to get your data

Starts by asking me a prompt, I give it a detailed one. I makes me sign up, go thought loads of questions and then doesn't even followed the prompt command! What a waste of time. It's a scam to get data

If you don`t want to be charged double

If you don`t want to be charged double, beware of this company! recommended not share your payment info!

I had applied for yearly subscription at last December. But I realized, They have been charging monthly since a few months! They rejected to refund over charge but only last 14 days and lie that I have been switched to monthly subscription at same day but it is also inconsistent. Because, my first subscription and unauthorized payment dates mismatches to their claims! therefore, do not blame me that I consider them as scammer and report them.

Btw, using their product, you may some images and some templates for inspiration! Do not expect more like me!
