Great customer service
I had to change lender simply because they couldn't didn't cover what I needed, but anytime I have got in touch with them for documents etc. which I need, they pick up the phone quickly and are always friendly, and efficient. Highly reccomend.

Excellent customer service the gentleman was very polite and answered a couple of questions I had and helped me to decide what I wanted and needed. I don't know about claiming and hopefully won't need to . I would definitely recommend UIA based on the knowledge and the telephone conversation and the price was excellent .

Excellent Employees
I contacted UIA Insurance for a home contents quote. The customer advisor was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
The quote I received was so amazing that I took out the policy with UIA immediately.
Luckily I haven’t needed to make a claim as yet.
