I ordered a ugreen NaS without getting it

I ordered a ugreen NaS on January 5th, and it has now been over a month without receiving my package. The delivery was supposed to take a maximum of 5 days (order number: EU#7548), but nothing has arrived.

I have tried contacting the company multiple times. I called the German phone number repeatedly, but no one answers, and I have received no response to my messages either. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Since more than 30 days have passed without any update, I may be forced to take legal action to either receive my order or get a refund. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using this company.

Avoid and don’t trust

Avoid and don’t trust.
I ordered several items for myself and my friends in total 5, for around 300 gbp.
Due tue pure package it was damaged . Arrived torn with missing or stolen one item. Moreover the so called quality items are total cheap rubbish, dies not charge properly or at all .I contacted them several times to report missing items and with the request to return goods . Received strange reply as probably I am using the items not according protocol . Since then for more than a week silence.

I have the NAS DPX4800- sooo slow- terrible customer service

I have had nothing but trouble migrating files off of my hard drives to this system- early in the set up I had some questions as was able to speak to a human- now that I am set up and running into issues there is no way to reach technical support and speak to a human- just sluggish emails and you can't get to the point.
I regret investing into this system and buying into the advertising of this company- lousy support and slow slow products.

Keep away from this company.

I bought this product to go with my new laptop. I waited a couple of weeks after buying so that I can get my laptop set up as I wanted.
This product was meant to be compatible but it is not. It slowed down my computer and did not recognise the additional USB slots. It was difficult to plug and unplug into my laptop. I gave up and have been chasing ever since for Ugreen to respond to me and give me a refund.
Keep away from this company as you cannot contact them easily. No phone number just an email address where it seems it is not monitored.
If Ugreen does read this - please do the decent thing and respond and give me a full refund!!!!

Good Products terrible support

I ordered different things from UGreen. Power Supplies cables etc. all good. Now I ordered an adapter USB-C hub.
It was specified to work with iOS and Win but when connecting it to differnent devices it would not work.
They make it really hard to return anything. You have to contact customer support. The response is very slow and the personal is not very skilled. Seems they have no technical knwoledge. You have to organise the shipping yourself. You have to send viedos and pictures proofing it doesn't work and after doing all this communication stops. Since more than 3 weeks I wait on a refund or any other response.

Do yourself a favour and avoid UGREEN. They are crooked and disingenuous traders.

Based on my experience, don't trust them, they're thieves. Ugreen took my money, didn't deliver the items, ignored my complaint and said I should chase it up with THEIR! couriers.
They'll do it to you too, they will take your money then they will send you a message that your delivery has an exception and that they will have it back on its way in a day. That is a lie, they wont do anything, they don't care.
Weeks will pass.
Your package won't arrive. The tracking page will not change, no updates, no explanation, certainly not an apology because of course there's no acknowledgement that anything's gone awry, just some obscure message about a "delivery exception" which means what exactly?
This tracking page of theirs has no method for you to contact them directly. They will try and palm you off to their contracted couriers. I didn't pick the courier so why is it on me to investigate? I gave my money to UGREEN not to HERMES/EVRI.(By the way on the SHOP website it also says the package status is "unknown")
Ugreen will do nothing for you, they already have your money why should they care? I've been told that I sent my complaint and demand for a refund to the wrong email which I had to hunt for in the FAQ section of THEIR website, apparently they've passed my details to the 'correct' email address. (didn't think to tell me that address, just told me they had passed it on..) They also told me I'd receive a response within 24 hours, nice words.
Guess what happened, absolutely nothing, nada, not a word more. Seems their internal email system also suffers these 'Delivery exceptions'
Save yourself the hassle and find another company to give your money to, hopefully you'll choose one with a customer service department that isn't hidden deep in the FAQ terms and conditions that will steal your money and wash their hands of you..

Moved on to UGREEN since BASEUS…

Moved on to UGREEN since BASEUS chargers caught fire. Now a year from transition, I would say they are better made but still have the same issue regarding plugging in more devices - when multiport charger get's plugged in another chargeable device, then it resets the power for a second for all chargeable devices.

Good customer service

Sometimes a little slow in e-mail response, but in the end they (Anitasia) helped me very properly with arranging a VAT return. All in all a good customer experience!

Possible Faulty charger.

Possible Faulty charger.
When i plug all 3 usb's into my nexode 100w charger the second usbc stops working, i have to unplug the usba and then also unplug the charger for a few seconds before plugging it back in and the second usbc charger works again. i've checked, the items i plug in are all within the charging limits when plugging all three items in. I have rached out to support and look forward to updating this review when i hear back

Scam company

Scam company - do not use!
I made an order and the money was drawn from my account right away but the never delivered the order.
When I wrote to support the wrote a lame excuse or ignored me.
Again - never use this company.

Return request for an unused, unopened item within the 30-day window was handled poorly. Instead of processing a straightforward non-quality return (as allowed by their own policy), UK UGREEN support pushed a gift card offer and irrelevant warranty troubleshooting. The process was inefficient and frustrating. Disappointing customer support experience. I have been their customer for a while, and this unexpected experience is extremely disappointing.

Horrendous support / shopping experience

I ordered 20+ products for the small company I work at. They sent me a single item from the order, then I didn't hear from them for more than a week, so I contacted support.

First of all, their support chat just seems to be broken. I sent them a message, they replied asking for the order id (already supplied my email, so they could have just looked that up), so I sent a message back with the order id, but then didn't hear from them for several days.

Started a new chat where I immediately sent the order id, they replied telling me that some items are out of stock (they weren't when I ordered), and asked if they should send the items that are in stock. I replied saying yes (obviously!), again no response for several days.

I figured since their chat is not working, I should try sending them an email. I received a reply after several days, just saying that the missing items will be back in stock in about 2 weeks. No offer to send the items that are in stock.

Aside from the support infrastructure being just plain broken, why don't they send partial orders out automatically? Why did they not notify me automatically that something turned out to be out of stock? These are very basic things I would expect from an online shop in 2025.

I like their products, but I will never order directly from them again.

bad experience

I purchased this equipment and it arrived after the promised delivery date, with the box punctured and clearly damaged, which makes me believe the product may have been affected by the impact. I even paid extra for the “free-worries” insurance. Although the company initially replied to my message, after I sent all the requested information, they stopped responding.

I urgently need this equipment, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am now seriously considering requesting a refund due to the poor service and lack of follow-up.

AirTag won’t stop beeping

The airtime works fine but if the keys are in my pocket or if I move them it doesn’t stop making a noise. The AirTag genuinely just constantly makes a noise the whole time and is very irritating with no buttons being impressed. Just keeps beeping every time I lift my keys up.

Nightmare


ORDER UGREEN-GB#28416

I ordered on 21st November and still do not have the product
UGREEN 48000mAh 300W Portable Power Bank × 1
On 1st Dec I contacted UGreen customer service to let them know I hadn’t received my order that tracking confirmation stated 27th November due.
They emailed me back with tracking number that I already had. I contacted them again to say that FedEx had a shipping exception on the parcel & would they sort. The girl told me to contact FedEx myself.
Its now 10th Dec and I have requested a refund as over £100 and I still don’t have product & I need a power bank to cover us over the storms.

After researching other power banks there are plenty of options. I only choose UGreen as a friend was reviewing product for the company & he is really sorry that he recommended them to me.
I thought they were an honest company, though having a combination of Celicia in customer services and nightmare FedEx they don’t stand a chance of survival.
UGreen refund my money 💴

Ordered the UGREEN 9 in 1 USB C Hub says it's hdmi it's not (false advertising) the thing doesn't even work. They would not let me return it. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON USE THIS COMPANY. Any other company would be better. If I could give minus stars I would. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE AND DON'T USE THEM.

Unfriendly custom service

Decent products, but very strict and customer unfriendly return policy. I had to send back a Ugreen. And they try everything to make this as complicated as possible. to return a €30 ugreen. Which is just rude.

I followed all of the exact steps Their customer service isn't necessarily rude, but they are sending confusing, somewhat misleading messages. It seems to be chinese customer service because it shows chinese characters here and there.
