My order has been cancelled due to "security risks".

"My" "risks" were:
• Their (!) payment API did not return any data about the ZIP code, the card holder's location and the status of 3D Secure

Therefore, they cancelled my discounted order. And said that I could order from scratch (for the now non-discounted price) using "a different payment method".

If you cannot handle AmEx payments: Don't offer them.

I recently had an issue with a UGREEN product I purchased, and I contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and offered a fair solution. I appreciate their professionalism and the gesture they made. I would recommend UGREEN for their excellent customer service.

Purchased a 65w Gan Uno charger. failed to work. got in touch with customer services they refused to replace it and sent me through a complicated returns process after two days of communicating with them. extremely disappointed will not be using them again.

Ordered a powerbank and it worked perfectly for a while, few months pass and it decided to have only 1 of the 3 ports working and became noticably warmer despite never being dropped or anything like that. Reached out to support, sent them a video of the issue as per request and got a new one free of charge (no electric pun intended).

While it may seem like a small thing it's these kind of small things that keep customers happy with the products and brands.

I want to use a Charger for my selfmade floor lamp which light up with led stripes. I want some more technican Information to know the charger is possbile to use.
I got a fast and qualified answer from Sakura and she helps me with my second question, too.

My very first experience with UGREEN US has been better than expected . A little work on logistics and would be recommended . My order was shipped in Two shipments and neither one had a packing list included . Shipment packaging should be upgraded to fiber boxes from plastic bags filled with consumer packaged products .
The products are of top quality and design .
I am happy with the prices of the products I purchased . As for durability only time can answer this question because these reviews are not amendable once submitted .
At this point in time I am very happy with my purchases .

I did have questions about my shipment when the first part of the order arrived with out a packing slip . I was able to contact customer support and provided pictures in an e-mail that was promptly and courteously replied to .
The English grammar skills could use some polishing but we were able to communicate effectively and arrived at an understanding of what occurred .

BE CAREFUL!!! They pretend they will send by DHL but NEVER send. They send with normal shipping and is terrible long. Will never buy again from the official store in Europe. CAREFULLY!!!

I have ordered a charger because xiaomi original charger was out of stock. Few hours later xiaomi charger was available again.

I have contacted ugreen to cancel my order, the sevice was amazing and really fast. After two hours a ugreen employee have contacted me and they have issued a refund. Great stuff and really kind. Next time that i need a new charger i am pretty sure that i buy from them.

I've bought a Ugreen USB-Hub with Dual HDMI. It's quality is superb!
I could compare it against similar USB-Hub for the similar price by Anker - its USB-C Port stopped working after 2 days, so that I had to return it.
uGreen's quality of workmanship, the surfaces, the packaging, each small detail was superior compared to Anker, which didn't even supply any manual.

superb customer service.. bought a nexode powerbank to use with my gopro 12 and dji mini pro 3.. excellent way to charge them all on the go and what a charge speed.

i buy a webcam and other acessorios, and they stop working 3 days after, worst experience.
