The new energy flavors, especially mountain ugly, really taste like fake sugar to me. I’m not sure why, maybe it’s the ginseng, but I found it to be really difficult to drink and had to cancel my subscription. I preferred the normal simple lemon/lime flavor

I really like the Ugly drinks, we also buy Aha and La Croix at the store, but it's great to get these delivered and the flavors are so unique. I love the Hawaiian punch and I"m also a sucker for the "special" flavors and have to try them all. We really enjoyed the Ginger Ale (hope it becomes a staple), and the Pumpkin Spice so far. I just ordered a case of "Birthday cake"!

I saw a few reviews on here about poor shipping. I've had the opposite experience: the Ugly boxes are tough and sturdy and I've never had an issue with a single dented can.

It took me a while to get into seltzers, but Ugly has definitely help me transition almost completely away from drinking soda... Ugly drinks have a clean flavor with no weird after taste you get from some other sparkling waters... 10/10 would recommend

Ginger ale was real bad - not good taste at all. Ive liked many of the other flavors but this one - no good. Had a floral kind of taste to it. Did not resemble ginger nor ginger ale.

I love Ugly because they make more exciting flavours for sparkling water.

The process is easy. Better explanations of how the rewards work would be great.

We love LOVE LOVE Ugly seltzers in our house. I thought it would be impossible to unseat my beloved Polars from the throne but we are officially an Ugly household. Can’t wait for the next special!

Shipping is terrible everytime half the cans are busted open or dented so bad.

I like ugly drinks and made an order for a multi-pack with them. I had a slight issue with my order and emailed customer services about it. They replied really quickly and sorted out my problem with no issues at all.

A few shipping issues is the only thing keeping this from a 5-star product. A lot of companies are going through a lot right now so I don't want to hold it too much against them specifically. But Ugly Drink's system could do a better job not letting you order things that are out of stock, but other than that the product is fantastic. It has completely replaced my energy drink consumption.

Ordered 3 different flavors. Not sure if it was my shipment, but 3-4 cans in each flavor were crushed and empty. Had ZERO flavor or Dr. Pepper or Cherry Cola. Just plain seltzer

The drinks are good though everything I receive them half the can are spilled and empty sadly and I have emailed them several times no reply wasted stolen money for empty cans not a way to run a business will not order again buyer beware

My husband and I are keto, so UGLY. drinks are perfect for us. Really tasty and refreshing. We've tried cherry, berries, strawberry and lemon and lime.and now order 1 case of each of these each month. Definitely recommend, especially if you're keto or watching your calories. Sometimes you need more than water.

I like the flavours and they are not over fizzy for me.

A perfect summer's drink / great for a BBQ.

Been buying Ugly for years and they never disappoint. Love the packaging and strawberry is the best flavour. It tastes like how a fresh cut strawberry smells. Not too sweet and so refreshing in summer. Started buying by the hundred so I can keep my fridge stocked. Thats when you know you are committed!

Great product, fits in with my diet & weight loss regime & tastes different to run of the mill colas. I like all the flavours but lemon & lime is probably my favourite.
Mie are delivered on subscription so I don't run out & also don't have to lug them back from the supermarket.
