They take time to listen and understand your vision as well implement winning strategies to start scaling. Not having to worry about monthly content took a huge load off. Our experience with UGC Factory has been great. Communication is excellent and the concepts their strategists develop are on point. They know what questions to ask and do their research on your product, market and customer. They are open to tailoring the workflow for little or how much of the steps you want to involved in.

We test video at scale with an internal team and we use UGCF in a capacity to try things we may not think of (too close to product) or to develop concepts that we can't execute on or are cumbersome to produce. The best part is how diverse their concepts are, with other agencies a lot of times you're paying for videos that are just simple hook changes. UGCF always us to open our testing range and keep our internal team focused on optimizing current top performers.

I'm always feeling supported and Dan brings an excitement to project kickoff meetings or just reaching out to alert you of a new creative framework that is taking off.

The team at UGC Factory was great to work with. They provided a range of fresh creative ideas monthly and stayed on top of trends. They also took the time to get to know our category, which does come with restrictions, as well as the do's and don'ts for ads.

As a small startup with limited resources, I appreciated that they provided support throughout the process. From scripting to creator selection to production, UGC Factory executed with excellence. And the quality of their videos was top notch. Ad performance varied, but within the set of 24 deliverables we were able to find some winners and scale.

We worked with UGC Factory for 3 months at a considerably high monthly retainer. During that time we attempted to scale 3 of our ecommerce products and during that time there we no scalable winning ads identified. Could have been our products as well but we were also split testing other UGC Teams and our own Internal Teams at the same time who were able to find winning ads during this same time period. We cannot say the experience was a success on our side working with UGC Factory at a considerable expense. But lovely team, nice people and they worked hard to help us. Sharnee

we hired UGC factory in October and agreed to their terms of $7500/ mo in exchange for 24 UGC ads - They failed to deliver the first batch of ads on time and to add insult to injury , the ads didn’t perform- The creators are just not authentic - While waiting for the second batch of ads, I found out that they auto charged us for 3 months, $21000 ! -They do not have a phone to call so I emailed them- no response - I finally get a response from the owner Dan, after we had to charge them back for services not rendered. His response was , “ read the agreement , it states continuous payments” That would be ok if they actually delivered the services -
needless to say , we have moved on -

First of all I reached out on thursday , not friday- after zero response after my creditcard was hit for services not rendered, I did what any customer would do, protect themselves from fraud -

Here are the facts:
We never delayed on our side-
They failed to provide 24 ads per month for 3 months yet they went ahead and charged us
The one month of ads , which we will pay for, didn’t work simply because the creators are not authentic enough.
The reason I have not picked up the phone is because it’s Saturday and we also had a death in the family - I told this to Dan-

At days end- there are better UGC companies out there that can provide authentic creators for your brand- My advice is to not trust a company that put me thru what this one did
