I wouldn’t even give these a 1 star…

I wouldn’t even give these a 1 star review - house was filthy on arrival dated. Was given another property at 22.00 after being very slow to respond
Arrive at the new property nasty smell loads of letters - dirty leaking radiator

NO CUTLERY!! Filty

Had no choice but to stay the night it was freezing heating didn’t work

Spoke to Nick via message as he wouldn’t answer my calls

Ended up leaving at 10am

Managed to speak to Nick who requested photos as he wasn’t based in Nottingham and couldn’t go himself so returned at 6pm

I’ve never stayed in such run down dirty houses in my life DO NOT BOOK LOOK ALSE WHERE

They won’t refund me, not even for the 2nd night

Absolute cowboys AVOID!!!!!

Tried for many days to book an…

Tried for many days to book an appointment for carta idenita, but it kept saying temporarily unavailable. Then I tried to register, but the button is at the bottom of my iphone mini page, so I cannot click on it. Frustrating!

A Step Backwards for Argos?

As mentioned in previous reviews, the app. refused to accept any city or postcode and I was unable to complete my simple request to uplift a tumble dryer from the Falkirk Argos branch, then! onto the argos automated customer service which then proceeded to refuse to acknowledge my order number and ended the call each time. I solved the problem by going to the store, and collected the item on site without any problems, sound familiar? App. now uninstalled and wiil give Argos a miss until they sort this out.

An apt that costs Argos trade

This apt is now being used by Argos to control collections from their stores. Unfortunately it doesn't work. It would not recognise any regional city I tried. I contacted Argos who agreed they were aware of the problem and suggested that I input the postal code instead. That didn't work either. I then had to phone Argos again but they maintained I could only attend after having booked my slot. Much easier to book it with another company
