I really enjoy the ginger and lemon drink in the morning, the balance took some getting used to but I've been doing the programme now for around 6/7 weeks and I've lost 10lbs it's not been at all easy but it's been great getting back to cooking from scratch again x

Wow. What a game changer💪

I am.36 and I have tried loads of different things to help loose weight and this is the only thing that has changed my life.
