I would give this company zero stars if I could, and I’m honestly furious just dealing with them! The dress I ordered—note, I followed their measurements online, no special order—was too short for me, and on top of that it looked NOTHING like the photo online!

Two months of endless back-and-forth, and all they care about is gouging me out of $54 of shipping plus $19.99 of taxes! They insist that’s what it cost to ship to me, but my receipt clearly says $5.99. How dare they lie and try to rip me off! Now they want me to send the dress back—at my expense—with their ridiculous, overly specific instructions: insure it for less than $30 so they don’t have customs issues (what happens if they dont receive the dress or gets lost? then the insurance will only pay me out the $30 bucks, they also dont want me to send via FedEx , and they need me to send it to some address in China. Are you serious?! I’ve already paid $220 for that dress, and I’m supposed to bend over backwards for their draconia policies? I’ve had enough. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card, and now they’re sending me threatening emails to scare me away. Their policy clearly states the buyer pays shipping, but what’s really bothering me is—if they truly paid $54 to ship it to me, then that should be on my invoice instead of what shows on my invoice shippping fee $5.99. it’s a total lie, and I’m not going to be duped like this!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY and the HEADACHE!!! They are all lies!

If I could I would give this company 65 zeroes. This company does not respond to emails at all. I bought a dress that is lovely but does not fit and I did not order a custom size. They said you can return by notifying them within 14 days which I did and now my 14 days is over as of today 8/23/2024. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

The dress does not fit. I am having nothing but problems getting a response on how to return it. Very upset and disappointed

I ordered a dress in my size for a formal wedding. It came and when I tried it on, it was about two sizes smaller than my size. (Even after reading the measurements for the dress online). I tried to return it and they sent me two emails that I could return it with a $40 to $70 mail fee back to CHINA, or I could donate it to Good Will and they'd give me 70% of the value minus 40-70$ shipping. The dress looks like it was stitched by young slaves. DO NOT TRUST. I wish I read these before my purchase, now I'm out $160.

I have a wedding a June I thought this whole time my dress was being made and would be delivered by the 18th of April well I never received my dress April 18th and now there saying the dress is still in the tailoring stage because I never got back to the rep about a tailoring question they had which was a lie because I replied to a josh who messaged me with a question and it said the message I sent was to the wrong address. So I didn’t think much of it as the I for on the site said it was gonna be ready on the 18th and it was in the tailoring stage . I’m really upset about this.

Customer service is very poor. Hard to get in touch with and customers satisfaction is not their concern.

SCAM! Ordered a dress for my daughter for a dance and they sent a totally different dress. Wrong style, wrong size, wrong color. Now they are saying I need to send another $50 to get the right one! The first one wasn’t cheap!

Rubbish customer service. They are making it so difficult and complex for returning an item, that they basically force you to keep it or take a serious cut from what you paid for. Never buy from this store.

My daughter fell in love with a dress she found online, but the site was sold out of her size. Using Google photo search, we found the same dress on ucenterdress.com in the same color but for a lot more money. Since this dress was perfect for the event she needed it for, I conceded and ordered the dress for her. I used their measurements guide to select the correct size. After placing the order, I received an email mentioning the dress was coming from China and that it would take 20+ days to make and ship it. This was my first clue that something was awry since I was purchasing a ready-made dress. I should have canceled the order but, sadly, did not. The dress arrived yesterday, and it's the wrong color and size. The dress I ordered was garnet red with a knee-length skirt. The dress I received was a bright orange/red color with a full-length skirt. The only compliment I can give them is the dress appears to be well-made but, oddly, has no tags. A quick search online (I wish I had done before ordering) informed me that they remake dresses from photos they steal from other clothing retail sites. I also found a ton of negative reviews about their customer service. After receiving the wrong dress, I immediately contacted UCenterDress.com through their website contact form. I received this email response this morning:

You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China; besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.

So we suggest you donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an （after deducting the shipping fee we) 80% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine.

Or you can send it back to get a full refund after deducting the shipping fee for both ways.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback.

I am beyond lived. They sent me the wrong color/size dress and expect me to pay to ship the dress both ways??? After reading reviews that mention customers have sent back the merchandise or have gone the GoodWill donation route and have never received a refund, I realize my only recourse will be to try and resell the dress myself to recoup some of what I paid. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY; I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

I found my perfect dress for my Vegas wedding. Nice quality, looked like the picture, fit me well, and arrived on time. Also great communication from customer service via email.

All good reviews must be fake!! I ordered a dress, when I opened it, it had an awful odor and looked nothing like the picture. Before ordering, I made sure there was a refund policy, but when I tried to return it April, 2022, then claimed I couldn't due to covid, so they offered me 70% refund if I donated it and sent proof which I did back in May 2022. Still waiting for my refund 4 months later. If you order a dress from here, be prepared to pay for your dress whether you like it or not, and hope it fits.

I purchased a dress & the dress didn't fit. It was a nice, good quality dress & if it would have been too big, I could have had it altered, but to was too small. The directions say to contact the company for return information. I did receive an email, but this is what they told me.

This was an expensive dress & I'm not going to do what's suggested. I'll sell it myself.

Do not purchase from this website! I have sent many request to return my dress because the fit is off. Now I have no other chose than to report them to the BBB and Attorney General. They will get the job done! Stop taking advantage of customers!

I ordered a dress that comes with a jacket. The dress fits fine but the jacket is almost two sizes smaller. I contacted the customer support service several times and have yet to hear back from them. It's been over a week and a half. I'm sure they are waiting for the over 14 days to expire. I'm so disappointed. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Now I'm stuck without a dress to wear to my son's wedding and out of my money!

My granddaughter Ruth had her wedding dress made by ucenter dress. She was stunning , the size was perfect and she had so many compliments. I recommend this company for anyone who need a professionally made wedding dress. The size was perfect as well as everything else. I'm so happy with this company and was very emotional when I saw the bride on her wedding day.

I've ordered a dress in October,(6),I haven't received it yet and it's November 2. I haven't heard from anyone regarding my questions about my order. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied! I don't think I'll ever order from this company again!!!

I fell in love with a photo of a dress on their site. It was the MOST beautiful wedding gown I had ever seen. I was soooooo excited when I made my order and couldn't wait for the dress to arrive. When it finally did and I opened the package the dress seemed different??? I tried it on and was soooooo disappointed. It felt cheap, it was thin, it shifted and bunched and it didn't look like the dress in the photo. I quickly realized that THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE PHOTOS THEY POST ON THEIR SITE but THEY TRY to RE-MAKE THE DRESSES in the images. If you decide to go with them, pick a dress you think is impossible to mess up if IMITATED. I will never buy from them again. I did not contact them within 14 days because I was thinking maybe I could get a seamstress to do work on it to make it what I imagined since I already spent $300 and had it shipped from China. I had a huge conflict. I finally decided that my special day should not be ruined because they could not give me my dream dress and lied about it through FALSE ADVERTISING. They will not refund me or do an exchange. They refuse to admit that they practice FALSE ADVERTISING. They have replied to this post talking about "return policy, return policy" but completely IGNORE anything you say to them about NOT HAVING THE DRESSES IN THE PHOTOS. Brides save yourself the heartache. Do not buy from UCentreDress. Planning a wedding is stressful enough. If you are trying to save money on a dress buy the most beautiful prom dress and veil you can find locally at a designer dress shop. You can find a dress way better than the ones they make for $300 locally. If you buy from them you will look cheap! I learned a hard lesson and lost $300 towards my dress. Don't make the same mistake I did!!! I wish you nothing but love and joy on your special day congratulations on your engagement! The ordering was very complicated. I did end up pleased with my final dress after some frustration. The first dress ordered was the wrong color when arrived. Sleeves were also the wrong length due to being unaware how to measure the sleeve length. I measured according to a sleeve that a seamstress would do and that is not what I received. Seller was very good about responding quickly and fixing the problems on the first dress. She shipped a new dress exactly what I asked for and compensated the shipment fee to send the wrong first dress back. Overall I love the final product I received.
