Incorrect items supplied, no response from customer support

I ordered 2 rechargeable 9v batteries from the ubuy south africa website. The order was delivered, but the batteries supplied are not rechargeable. I have tried every possible way of contacting them to replace my order with the correct items. I used the chat function on their website, multiple emails (only get return confirmation that my email was received and someone will contact me, but no response after that. I tried using their whatsapp number (this number is not even registered on whatsapp) and tried calling the tel no in the confirmation emails, but the number does not exist. This company is a scam or someone has dropped the ball.
