At Ubuy, we take such concerns very seriously. To ensure swift resolutions, we offer a 7-day window for returns, refunds, or replacements on eligible items. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive prior communication about this within that timeframe, limiting our ability to resolve it retroactively.
