Terrible experience with this solar panel installation. The work was done poorly, and the system has not performed as promised. On top of that, the owner is extremely arrogant and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility or address the issues. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Would strongly advise avoiding this company.
Do not use this company. You are being mis sold a service which is in essence a guy on selling a contractor and then leaving you with no recourse when something goes wrong. I am about 100 emails in to trying to resolve an issue and as of yet have got no where, I have now escalated it MCS to try and get a resolution and am awaiting the next stage.
