All was well until it came to check out…
All was well until it came to check out time. I entered the billing info and hit next and never got a chance to enter a different shipping address. Maybe that was on me - I could have missed it. But I immediately used the chat option to ask to change the shipping address. 40 minutes later, I missed the next-day shipping cut off and still am not sure if the order will go to the correct address. Unhelpful, snarky agent; the chat won't allow you to print or receive a transcript of it and I have no confidence that my shipment will be going to the correct address. 40 minutes of my life I will never get back, it is unlikely that I will put myself throught this again ... I'll just use Home Depot or Amazon.
