Great shopping experience, but…

Great shopping experience. Pictures are consistent with the product itself. The quality of the products is really good. Very well packed and very quick shipped. There are only 2 things to improve in my opinion: the shipping cost (to compete better they might get cheaper or disappear while spending over a certain amount of money) and the “No return/refund in items with 70% discount” (regardless of the price is a pity to keep something which doesn’t fit you or suit you, ending up in clothes waste). No hard feelings, I just say this so you can keep improving. You’re doing great! Thanks a million :)

This is my second purchase from…

This is my second purchase from UBONLINE store and i have to say it has been an easy quick and wonderful experience! i had a question about shipping after my order was placed . i reached out to the ubonline store social media on IG and a member of the staff answered me almost immediatly. The Clothing and the way the staff treated me was next level. They now have me as a customer for life.
