I added an unfavorable review because I waited so long to receive them .
That was my fault and they offered to resend them at no extra charge.

My third order from Ublins
My third order from Ublins. Always get 2 pairs of glasses in case I have an issue with one or the other pair (but I never have). I don’t even need to adjust them for my face. I always get compliments and pass out your website to anyone that asks. Last order I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses for $86! The last time I ordered from a regular “Vision Center” I paid $375 for one pair!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. 1 was perfect from the getgo but the other was not quite right alignment wise so I contacted them and they rushed me a brand new pair that are now perfect as well.

Great customer service

They walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond to correct the issues. The new glasses have arrived and I AM IN LOVE!
