Quick, easy and pleasant experience

Absolutely brilliant service from Uberkids. Ordered new child safety seat Tuesday 20th December and it was delivered at 9.10am the following morning. Also best price on the Internet.

I ordered a new car seat for my daughter on 12/12 following an accident on the previous day. I paid an additional £9 for next day delivery. It got to midday on 13/12 and I’d still not received any dispatch notification/ tracking info from Uber kids so I called them for an update. They then informed me that despite the website saying the seat was “in stock and ready for dispatch” this was not the case and their website hadn’t updated properly and that I’d have to wait until they had this model/colour in stock. I do t believe I should’ve been informed about this directly rather than having to chase this up considering the amount I’d paid for the express delivery. I explained that I needed the seat urgently and asked what they could do to help. The lady on the phone was helpful in checking the stock and arranging a different coloured seat to be delivered the next day (13/12) she even refunded me the £9 I’d paid for next day delivery as obviously this wasn’t able to happen. I was sent Parcel Force tracking info on 13/12 and I was aware it’s a Royal Mail company and RM were striking on the 14th & 15th so was hopeful I’d at least receive it on the 16th considering they’d supposedly sent it with next day delivery. According to the parcelforce link it arrived at the depot on 14/12 and was sorted on 19/12 however, today on 20/12 it’s still not out for delivery. So over a week later I am still waiting for this seat. I’m aware it’s not Uber Kids fault that RM are striking however, why not use a different courier in this case? Plus I also just don’t believe that they actually sent it next day when it’s taken this long to get to me!!! So disappointing.

Great price. Great variety of products on offer. Good comms. Delivery was slow but I think this was due to Royal Mail strikes.

Took 3 weeks to despatch even though all items were showing as in stock.

Sent 2 emails to chase over the space of 2 weeks... none were responded to.

When I called up to cancel it has conveniently been despatched 'the day before' so I couldn't cancel.

Terrible customer service, don't waste your time or money.. Still waiting for mine to arrive.

10/10 next day delivery, cheaper than everywhere else. Always top quality goods.
