Zero stars if that were possible.

Zero stars if that were possible.
Absolutely unacceptable service. The driver failed to deliver the food, dropped it somewhere on the street at the wrong location, and clearly did not care. This happened even after he called me and received an exact Google Maps pin because he couldn’t find the address.
Result: no food, no refund, lost money.
Uber Eats then refused to take responsibility and declined the refund claim.
This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

Beware - Double charged. Support would not refund.

Normally all goes well, we order almost weekly. This time I bought a buy-one-get-one free deal. One item was €9.50. I was charged for both at €18.48. I sent screenshots of the offer to support. They said I needed to order two for the deal to apply. The screenshot clearly showed "Add 2 - €9.50" with €18.50 in strike out text. Scam city.

Awful experience - will use Glovo/Bolt from now on

Awful experience - items missing and wrong items sent - reported straight away with clear photos and received a generic copy and paste response saying they won’t help because I’ve had credits applied on previous orders , which I haven’t?! Lazy incompetent service. Will be using your competitors Glovo & Bolt from now on.

The order didn't arrive

The order didn't arrive. When I submitted the complaint they answered that everything was made according to their policy and the refund is not possible. It's not a complicated policy - the courier arrived to the destination point, made a picture of the food at the doorway. The end of policy. And then the courier left. This is all you need to get a free dinner - arrive to the destination, and make the foto. That's it. Then the courier can leave. The food is paid, the picture is made. The food is yours. You are welcome! Bon appetite!
