Terrible onboarding service, trying to join for 3 weeks now
I have been having issues uploading my selfie and drivers license into the app, as the app is distorting the image. I reached out to the onboarding team for help and also to provide my international drivers license (my drivers license is from Brazil).
I have been thrown around in the past 2 weeks from CS person to CS person, being repetitively asked for documents I have already provided several times, such as my selfie, my drivers license, my international drivers license, it's seems that communication between CS people is very poor, since they literally ask me for something I have just provide on the previous email. I've also been told you could not accept me in the platform because my drivers license is new, I have my license for 20 year, how the hell is this new? This is very frustrating and an unacceptable level of service. They really need to provide better training to people, or buy a system that allows them to see the history of conversations.
