DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE!!! We lost our flights because this company did not process the visas on time. They over charged the real price of the visas. When we went to their office, it does not exist. I am sure is a call center based in India. SCAM ALERT!

We submitted all necessary documents. We were promised the visa 100% in 4 days and to this day we still do not have it (3 weeks later.) Our flight was this morning and of course, we do not have the visa and cannot travel. The only answer the agency gave us is that the visa is still being processed. The agency also said they guarantee the visa will be issued BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. I suggest you not use this agency. Read all reviews before trusting someone with your money and time.

These people are daylight robbers and most certainly scammers . They won’t tell you if you do not need visa as a lot of passports are eligible to visa on arrival and do not need to pay extortionate charges of this company . Stay away and use official government websites.

An absolute disaster from start to finish.

Applied of a 48hr transit visa for me and a colleague on the 13th of Jan 2024, then upgraded the visa to an 8 response which cost another $400 or so, on top of the $140 we paid each.

The communication was poor and the visa wasn't issued until the 15th of Jan after I had already left, my colleague only got his 8hr visa on the 4th of April 2024.

What a waste of money, we lost all our booking in Dubai too which cost another $5000.

Friendly use and cooperating custumer service

The service is excellent and the process was very fast. It took only 2 days to get my visa done. Especially, they also have a dedicated agent to directly communicate with us via WhatsApp which is very helpful for me, so that we can easily get quick responses if any information that needs to be clarified.
However, for the covid insurance fee. It would be much better if it is also informed in the official visa website so that we as an applicant aware on this matter earlier.

Totally exceeded my expectations where i was ready for a possible scam experience. Delivered my Visa literally the very next day. Verified it with the Federal Authority and it was Legit. PLEASE BE WEARY OF THIS COMPANY. They’ll charge you high visa costs beyond the norm and are not true with their commitment to deliver visa feedback in 3-4 days!
1. We have 2 applications online and only 1 got approved, while the other they claim to be “Under embassy” on the visa status portal.
2. They put on hold the supposed “approved” visa of my mother, unless you pay for a Covid insurance fee of $99, and force your hand to do so, with link asking to pay for 2 pax (including myself, while my visa is not yet approved). Covid insurance is not even MANDATORY to enter Dubai but they force you through their process - whilst they tell you it’s approved but won’t release it unless you make an insurance payment. This is absurd, and unfair for the customer!

Please if you’ve been a victim, report them to the right Dubai authorities. File a complain through this official government.

This kind of business practice should not be tolerated.

Online customer support service is great, immediate response to all questions. But they didn't inform about extra fees for insurance in advance which was a little disappointing. Anyway thanks for your job and assistance 🙂

The whole process was really smooth and straightforward. They will contact you through whatsapp once you submit your application and they assist you very well with whatever questions you may have. I appreciated them informing me about my documents not being uploaded on the website when I thought I did. That would've caused delays on my part if nobody from their end contacted and told me. I will definitely use their service again the next time I will need to.

This company acting was not appropriate all in all because omitted very important information regarding my daughter’s visa service since she’s American citizen and does not need a visa to be bought and this company charged the amount without giving the costumer the right of refund or advise to proceed for this mistake of them.
