Got my shirt today

Got my shirt today. Took exactly 14 days to get to NZ. I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality and the whole experience. Thanks Guys :-))

Poor customer service

Ordered 4 Jerseys that cost me over £120 and they came in just over a week, 3 of the jerseys are really nice but 1 jersey was missing the Adidas logo and quality is not great. I have tried emailing them 3 times now over the past week asking if they can replace this Jersey with one that they are advertising on their site and had absolutely no response whatsoever from them which is very disappointing and don't think this is good customer service! Depending on their response if I ever get one I would advise against using this company sadly.

No reply for missing item -Manchester United re

I ordered a Manchester United retro shirt in March. It was dispatched on 6/4/2023. Then returned to sender on 27/4/2023.
I’ve sent several emails asking about its whereabouts and had no response.

Terrible quality - don’t do it!!

Terrible quality. Size guide is completely wrong, printing is grainy and dull. These are NOT repro, but rather cheap, poor quality imitations. Do yourself a favour and do not buy!

Really good service and customer care.

Really good service and customer care.

I ordered from the UK so obviously a bit of a wait for arrival. When the products arrived they had sleeve badges on them that weren’t advertised. I queried this with the web chat and they got straight back to me and sent an immediate replacement as well as a couple extra gifts that I wasn’t expecting. Honestly fantastic customer service.

If ordering from the UK, definitely check the sizes and they’re probably not the same as you’re expecting. Large is probably a UK medium but, other than that, there’s no issue. Very happy with the products and would recommend.

Absolutely good quality shirts, my son loves it, really good material feel. The customer service response is surprisingly quick, and patient to answer all sorts of questions. Definitely 5 stars !
