Although the website is simple to use, the order sync system could be improved. However, there is no need to worry because the person on chat will assist you. Would recommend!

I made a purchase back in February for 102$ and got 60Bill Credits "6000M". Now I brought "5000M" Assuming I was going to get 50bill Credits. I only got 5Bill. It was a mistake and Confusion. But I even have Proof of my old Purchase. I tried to tell this to the guy in chat but, I felt like he was ignoring what I was saying or maybe he couldn't understand what he was reading. Either way his English was pretty bad. He said my Refund would come in 12hrs. The money was sent through PayPal so I don't know why its going to take take that long when you can just send the money back through PayPal. I'm just sending an Email to confirm my Refund Via PayPal.

I'm left two ScreenShots for proof one for my Old Purchase which made me confused, of 102.21 USD$. And the other of 49.49 USD$ that I want back.

The credits I received were also returned back to the seller.

no instant delivery as advertised, no transfer confirmation email or anything else. didnt even recieve the gold i bought.

I didn't recieve my items "instantly" as they advertise. I could find absolutely 0 information of where their live chat even is, so that didn't help either.

The website feels fishy for sure, I emailed their official support email but the email bounced back... but maybe it's more straight forward and support is non-needed when you buy items from more popular games, unlike Fallout 76.

I filed a payback through PayPal after about half an hour since I didn't get my items, so thankfully that went through right away, at least.
