Ubuy New zealand Reviews 

No real complaints. I see one of my orders is still in “order confirm” after a fortnight. But when I bought that product the webpage clearly said it would take sometime to send my product.

SCAM. Been waiting for since the 10th October for my new lounge suite. it's been ages since I talked to anyone. NEVER able to speak to anyone because the contact number for them is all sh!t. haven't returned my calls or emails. F#*? UBUy.. iv given them benefit of the doubt and plenty time. ul be hearing from my lawyer very soon

TO BE CLEAR my review is in regards to company ubuy.co.nz or 09 7777250 iykyk and that this platform is for reviews for a similar named business that is NOT ubuy.co.nz or associates if you look at the top of this page the logos are also different so please don't be confused this is something that works in favour of ubuy.co.nz because they are not directly getting the NEGATIVE reviews about their company. If your as frustrated as I am about ubuy you need to contact your bank I am with BNZ they have escalated my complaint about this company and has been referred to BNZ's high risk fraud department their legitimacy and management is currently being questioned. It would help if whoever is having issues with this company to do the same the more people who forward their complaints to their banks BNZ especially would be more effective. It would also be effective to make a formal complaint to the commerce commissions fair trading act. Ubuys complaints number that's listed on Ubuys policy terms is disconnected and the email address is unattended which means they are not followed up. Call times can be up to 2-4 hours on hold and the email info@ubuy is also unattended. I have been waiting for my refund for 5 months. This company needs to be shut down its fair to assume that I am only 1 of 100s and 100s who have had issues with ubuy.

This company is a joke Ive tried multiple times contacting UbuyNZ via phone and emails no response at all.even the hold time is a joke I waited 45 mins got to 1 min then ended going back upto 45 min wait what the hell not good. I am seeking legal advise and be going to disputes tribunial to file a court proceedings to get my money back. so I advise anyone don't use this SCAMMING COMPANY

Scamming POF just like everyone else have been trying to get a hold of somebody like anybody but nothing. Iv asked these people to stop coming to my mother place as her English isn't good and doesn't understand but they talk their s!!! Up and she falls for it. Undelivered item. Tried to visit a couple of addresses listed they're not even their bloody frauds taking people's hard earned money. I am trying to make contact as I want to know what exactly is my mother paying for and what the out standing balance is.
They seem to only respond to good review. We're looking at getting legal advice maybe even fair go if that's stil a thing.

This company is a joke they never answer any phone calls and their products don't come with chargers and I have to wait 80mins on hold, that's terrible service and bad advertising. Don't buy anything from ubuy unless you want to get ripped off

Just a follow up on my last complaint still no refund I can't get through to them at all unless I use a different number I'm very frustrated an angry I will not be getting anything off this company ever again an to top it all off my TV I got off them I waited 5 months to get it to have it blow up while we were watching it I call to let them know they say someone will get back to me about it an still haven't heard from anyone ?? This is very poor service 😢

There end of the contract fell through so I requested my money back it's taken months now they ignore my calls and messages .

I want my money back. I've paid much more than the 8 payments still no Riobi line trimmer. I used callback feature and got a call back but it cuts out . Please refund all money I've paid

Have been waiting for my refund for over 3 months so many calls just to be hung up on,having people say its getting processed and lying about the day it was going to be done,have emailed so many times with no reply, i think ubuy is so fast in taking your money but so slow in refunding you this time i will be taking legal action as i think this is unfair and ubuy have no consideration to their customers that need their concerns heard,so ubuy please do the right thing and refund me like you said you would, i have been very much patient with this and this is uncalled for
