I had to follow up on the status of the order. Fulfillment was delayed weeks. Then I was told that the ordered watch was shipped I wasn’t given a tracking number. I had to email for the number. I waited a couple of days before calling back to find out why it had not shipped. Called again the next day after not getting a promised callback. The order was canceled. I am tracking the refund of the order.
