1 STAR – DISHONEST, OVERCHARGED & UNPROFESSIONAL
I called Tyre Patrol for a puncture repair and clearly asked for a Continental EcoContact 6 tyre, exactly matching the one already on my Mercedes. We agreed this, I sent them photos and price checks, and I paid £174 by bank transfer.

Instead of the agreed tyre, they fitted a cheap budget Goodride tyre — worth only £75–£85 fully fitted. I was charged premium price (£174) for low‑quality, lower‑safety product — ripped off by nearly £100.

When I messaged them to fix it:
• They lied and said I never asked for Continental — I have written proof I did
• Claimed they had dashcam evidence but refused to send it when asked
• Said “These are my prices — don’t show me other prices” — openly admitting they charge whatever they want
• Tried to charge me an extra £144+VAT just to swap it back to what I paid for
• Sent abusive, unhinged messages including religious rants, insults and said “I love reviews — take me to court”

They advertise as “London’s leading mobile service” and “trusted by 10,000 drivers” — this is completely misleading. This is dishonest trading, breach of contract and unfair practice under Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I have attached full screenshots of all messages, prices and photos of the tyres — everything I say is 100% true.

Do not use them — you will pay top money for cheap rubbish, get lied to and abused.

A complete deflation of my offside rear just after Junction 6 of the M1 northbound found me crawling to Junction 8 and taking refuge at the BP garage on Breakspeare Way. A Google search for mobile tyre fitters pulled up Tyre Patrol.

A call to them was answered after a couple of rings and after confirming my location via WhatsApp, and my tyre specification using a photo I took with my mobile, they confirmed they could be with me in 30 minutes. A bank transfer deposit and 30 minutes later, Hass was with me.

Removing the flat was a challenge because it had melted to the rim on the crawl to Junction 8, but he persevered and it was soon off. He noted a small crack in the alloy rim, and made a temporary repair with special tape and adhesive. The tyre inflated to pressure and he did a final check for leaks around the rim - all good.

After Hass learnt where I lived, he gave me the details of a workshop local to me that would weld the rim and called them to introduce me to the welder.

Finally, Hass let me know that garages often charged for extended parking - usually 30 mins or more. He took pictures of the car with his mobile van in shot as evidence and took me to reception to let them know my car had broken down and he had attended to resolve the issue. They assured us there would be no parking charge.

Several checks over the following days have shown that the tyre is still holding pressure, but I have booked it into the workshop in Mill Hill to have the rim welded.

In summary, my experience was as close to perfect as it is possible to get. Obviously, your mileage may vary depending on whether they have your tyre in stock, mine was a little unusual, but fortunately they had one, and their workload, which may mean you have to wait longer. Once Hass arrived on site his service couldn't be faulted.

I hope you don't get a flat, but if you are reading this, you probably have! Give them a call, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Disgusting service got called a rapist & said they wish my pregnant partner a really stressful time. All because they quoted me the wrong price for 3 tyres and told us when they turned up no it’s for 1. And we said no that’s not what you quoted us. They changed 1 tyre and asked for the money even though they quoted us for 3 tyres at the end we paid for the 1 tyre but then got abuse in text afterwards.

Tyre Patrol came out to me in Wandsworth and provided an amazing same-day tyre service. The technician arrived quickly, was very professional, and had the tyre replaced in no time. Really impressed with the speed and quality of the mobile tyre fitting service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic mobile tyre fitting service. We had a flat tyre in Brixton SW9, we called Tyre Patrol and they arrived with us within 25 minutes. Great tyre service fast & prompt.

Don't use if you value your wheels.

Subbed me off on emergency call out to another company. Never told me thet were doing that. Kept me waiting 2.5 hours despite saying 5 mins away numerous times. That company then scuffed my wheel badly. Complained, got palmed off.

I did ask on first calling - can you assure me you won't scuff my sheels. Was assured yes we use top nothc equipment. Was not told it would be subbed off to another firm.

Your choice to use but there are other companies local.

Freat mobile tyre fitting service

Excellent service and great communication over a bank holiday weekend. Perry did exactly what he said he would do. First class service at reasonable price!

Fantastic Service and really friendly. I contacted Perry about a damaged tyre he replied within minutes and turned up as promised on time. He gave a honest diagnosis on the tyre and explained what the codes meant on the tyre wall.

I received a new tyre at a very reasonable cost, also he inspected the other tyres and gave advice on changing them. I will use Tyre Patrol again and recommend them for service, honesty, and price.

They had good reviews and were local so I messaged the number on the website on Boxing Day - with the hope someone might be able to come out before new year.
