Scammers, took to long to receive a tracking number sorry I mean haven't received one, so I asked there AI ROBOT where my parcel is they say when it get dispatched after 2 days your get a tracking number.... Still waiting and waiting... So ask for a refund as need tyres changing asap haven't got the money to keep buying tyres from companies to see who will actually deliver.... Nope no refund now they are saying that they spoken to the delivery people and trying to stop the order.. hang on so why wasn't I given a tracking number if you have already dispatched it? Ummmmmm... So I'm now waiting to see if they will refund me prob won't so will have to open a dispute via bank, I can not afford to pay for another tyre until I receive a refund thanks my car is now dangerous as driving with bold tyres... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM THEY ARE LINKED WITH THE COMPANY MY TYRES who I'm still waiting for a refund been 2 weeks no refund and no order.... Wouldnt even give them 1 star be 0

A tracking number is normally available for every order, so if you have still not received one, this should be checked by our service after-vente. Bought these tyres for a very…
Bought these tyres for a very reasonable price, was going to buy 2 but ended up buying 4 as I didn't want to miss the price.
They came quickly and delivery driver put them round the entry for me this was an excellent service.
I've had the tyres fitted and they make the car feel much more hold on the road. Fantastic service all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very old tyres & poor aftersales - Avoid
The tyres were date stamped nearly 5 years old. The garage advised me when I collected the car but Tyreleader would not do anything as they had already been fitted. I would never have bought the tyres if I had known how old they were and I feel completely ripped off by tyreleader. I would never use Tyreleader again after this and would not recommend them to anyone for this reason.
EDIT:
After the offer to re-evaluate my complaint below, I heard nothing for 2 weeks, at which point I chased them directly. They acknowledged that I was not correctly informed that the tyres were 4+ years old when I bought them and I was offered replacement tyres if they had not been driven on or a 10% 'goodwill credit'. As I didn't know that I shouldn't drive the car if I expected replacement tyres and the garage probably wouldn't have appreciated me leaving it there for 2 weeks, I drove it home.......
The official response, "Thank you for your message and for confirming that the tyres have been driven on. As indicated in our previous message, once tyres have been fitted and driven on, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with either a return or a goodwill credit under our after-sales procedure. This applies regardless of the nature of the claim, including for tyres with an older manufacturing date.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any inconvenience caused.

Appalling company
Appalling company. They sent us the wrong tyre. Have contacted them repeatedly. They either don’t respond or respond in a way that suggests they haven’t bothered to read the email sent. Do NOT use this company - your money is better spent elsewhere with a company that actually provides you with the product you ordered. I would not recommend
